Rios Edition Hotel

Noisy (ring road, the other side is a festive street) You feel like you're disturbing some receptionists when you ask for something. No choice at breakfast (imposed) Cold and smelly hammam Freezing pool We had asked for a double bed, when we arrived there were 2 single beds. We were told that it would be changed the next day but we had to ask again and it seemed like they were bothered to do it.... Water running on the floor in the bathroom. Water tasting from the shower head. Poorly soundproofed room (don't let's talk to the neighbors) Wifi that skips No shampoo Positive point: the cleaning is well done

They are racist. I paid for breakfast when I booked the hotel and had to go to the doctor in the morning, they gave it to breakfast everyone except tourists. especially if you speak English to them they start to hate you. They sent me to the doctor hungry. I didn't have time to eat somewhere else. when others asked they gave it to them but me and the French woman refused.

This hotel is nasty. If you care about your health, please don’t come here. They don’t even clean their room, and customer service is horrible. I had to change my hotel on a second date.

Charged us 4 star price but In actual its not, see my photos, broken toilet glass door, broken chair can't use it ! , torn leather seat of day bed near window, squeaky rotted wooden floor, broken toilet seat , heating or cooling system fan not working properly!!!
I aks at reception that I'm not expecting this.
Our other hotel was 3 stars and was better then this.
Alot of traffic noise due to single glazed windows.
No notice of complain
Answer was you only staying one night!
It was like 20 minutes we checked in and I asked can we have refund and we will go somewhere else...
Reply was no refund its half an hour since you checked in !!!

**One good thing** staff (cleaners and other people in orange uniform) are very friendly

Rooms are not as they look in pictures. It's not a bad place but it's not the best place either. Biggest issue was that air conditioning is controlled by reception and they turn it off at nights. I called reception 5 times to turn it on, but they kept turning it off. Load of BS. Picture shows E7 in AC panel, after this, you cannot do anything. Avoid this place.
