This is our third time staying at this hotel, and we were very pleased with our stay again. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very cozy. Many good restaurants are located beneath the hotel building, which is also very convenient. We would also like to thank the hotel staff for our complimentary breakfast. It was tasty, and the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Thanks again to the hotel staff for making our stay very enjoyable.

From my experience this place was very good
Their service they use every staff smiling face, actually everyone is very sincere
I especially like their breakfast omelette
I am very impressed by the behavior of the girls who work there in breakfast, they are even better and always smiling.
Honestly if the staff of an organization is good then it does not take time to turn around the organization

Perfect location. Walkable to both Taksim Square and Galatta Tower.
Check-In And check-out happened quickly. However, when we enquired about closing time of grand bazaar, the staff at the reception had no clue. These are basic information that any tourists will look for. Very surprised that they are unaware.
Rooms are big but lights are dull. Also, service to room takes time. Also, this is the first time while staying at a hotel, when I called reception, it went unanswered.
Shower cap they provide is a joke. It doesn’t fit and of very poor quality. I wonder how no one has complained about it.
Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
There is no swimming pool. meeting rooms and spa at the -1 floor felt very dark and suffocating.

In the heart of Istanbul, fantastic location. İstiklal street is just a minute away. We had a clean, well designed and spacious room with a nice view. Very kind and helpful staff. Variety of the breakfast buffet is great. The bar is in the atrium and a jazz band plays in evenings.

Nuri - for the great shopping and coffee advice and Ayjana.
Utku - for always assisting us and helping me with my Turkish.
All the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly.
Thank you to all the catering staff for the delicious sahur meals and excellent room service every morning during our stay. The presentation every day was excellent! The food was delicious - thank you for making the potato gözleme.
The rooms were clean, well stocked with robes and spacious. Unfortunately the first room we were in was noisy due to the street and next door neighbour but we were kindly moved to a wonderful quieter room with a bosphorus view.
I love staying at the Rixos hotels. I had just stayed at the Rixos in Antalya where I also had a great time.
Overall, excellent location, great hotel and superb staff! Would love to visit again!

Great hotel and service. We stayed for a week and were delighted. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and polite. I will definitely stay there again. The location is perfect, so close to delicious restaurants and shops but far away enough from the tourist center that you're not overwhelmed by people (but the tourist sites are a short and cheap taxi ride away). I love the little touch of gifting you free chocolates every night, and I so appreciated the kindness of giving us a free large water bottle every day (which American hotels never do). The free turkish delight at reception was so good too. We appreciated those little touches, especially the water. The mixed breakfast, lamb and chicken dishes from the room service manu were delicious. I loved the fresh flowers in the lobby.
Con: the curtains were very dusty and the room smelled dusty as well. I have allergies and it made it difficult, I had to take allergy medication. But the hotel stay was so lovely that I still gave it 5 stars.

We booked in this hotel for a stay of 6 nights where we had a wonderful experience. We had 4 rooms booked in the hotel, and it was all arranged to be in the same floor as we were a family with babies traveling together. I would thank Elmira, the Front Office Shift Leader, who arranged this for us, as she had arranged everything to make us feel comfortable being together. Elmira was very helpful during our stay, and she ensured we have an amazing experience. It’s also worth mentioning Emrecan, who was helpful during our stay and recommended some places to check out in the city. He made us feel home as he is very welcoming. The rooms are in good size, and the housekeeping service is great. The breakfast on the roof is great with a beautiful view. The hotel is in a very good location. I’m looking forward to stay again in this hotel once I’m back again in Istanbul as the staff in the hotel ensures their guests to have an amazing experience and stay.

This happened some months ago and I am finally getting around to the review now as I head back to Istanbul and was reminded when seeking accommodation.
When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. Finally we found it and I had accidentally booked for the wrong date. It was for a day earlier.
I asked to simply changed it but they wouldn't budge, but instead said I can simply pay again at the days rate.
Common sense would have simply changed the date. I search nearby hotels but since I was with my wife and daughter and it was snowing out I paid again.
He simply apologized and said the hotel was full, which I do not believe and felt like an excuse.
While this is policy and the hotel made $300 extra from me, they have lost a long term customer not only for when I frequent Istanbul but it's tainted the Rixos and the Accor brand in general.
The rooms were nice and most staff were great but the fact that such a policy exists to alienate their potential long term clients baffles me as it would have been free and easy to simply allow us to shelter at the price we had already paid.
My suggestion is when implementing policies also implement and bit of compassion and common sense into it instead of trying to make a quick buck because in the long term it's a loss.
I want to give a fair review and it's certainly not a 1 star, even the employee I would complain about is maybe bound by the systems in place.

A good hotel well located in Istanbul. The first room I stayed in did not live up to the 5 stars. But I was quickly moved to another room that fully lived up to the 5 stars.
The staff give a fantastic service from you enter the hotel till you leave again and try their best to make you stay comfortable.
