Everyone we encountered was friendly and eager to help. They provide bottled water and use of the pool, sauna and steam room were included with the room.
We had a standard room facing the Main Street, it had a small balcony, but the noise was minimal. The room however was super small, we tripped over our luggage the entire stay, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and comfortable with a great shower.
Breakfast was included with our room, the same things were offered everyday and everything we had was tasty. I think breakfast cost 12-ish USD each, so you might be better off paying when you eat.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to rebook this hotel if we return to Istanbul.
The hotel design is unique, it really creates a magical atmosphere, with traditional ottoman & Turkish decorations on the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are very cosy, clean and beautifully decorated.
The spa is great as well- and it is open until late ( 10 pm) so you have plenty of time to relax after a day of visiting the city (and it is not busy at all, so you can fully relax).
The breakfast is amazing, so many options for both sweet and savoury, fresh and tasty.
Great location as well for visiting the main touristic attractions- Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mos, Topkapi Palace, etc; close to the tram stop; many restaurants nearby to choose from.
I couldn’t find anything negative about this place, and I am very picky, so I totally recommend it!
If I come to Istanbul again, I 'll use here.
