I loved my stay. Rooms clean and tidy, the cleaning lady comes every day. Great location, 2 minutes away from all of the important transportation stops. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Would most definitely recommend to others and come back myself. ❤️

Not a 4 star hotel at all. Do not expect that. Rooms are very small, beds are clean and washroom are usable. 2 mins walk from tram station, that’s the only plus point. Breakfast was pretty average. Good for price if you are on a budget friendly travel

Stayed recently and off the bat it is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch. Don't expect that level. I was pretty shocked seeing the room.
Rooms are plain and functional and the bathroom is in pretty poor condition.
Beds are fine and clean.
However staff are fine and location is good, 2 mins from a tram station straight towards Sultanahmet.

I am currently a guest of this hotel, I think this is the last time I will visit the hotel! I do not recommend it at all! I took a room with 3 beds, the third bed is made of two panels! the food in this hotel is a monotonous disaster, every day you have boiled eggs and salami, for the money I paid, breakfast comes as alms! the chef who works in this hotel needs his hands cut off so that he would never do this job again! one. the word "catastrophe"

The hotel is outdated. Elementary things like glasses and water are missing in the rooms. Rooms are small. Breakfast is always the same and the food choice is extremely poor. Hygiene is bad: dust, hair, medicines, and stains all over the room/beds. Small window that can't be closed easily. In my opinion, this is 1-2 stars, not 3 stars like it is now.

No drinking water or tea/coffee facilities available in the rooms!!! Even no tissue papers provided. Family room is very congested. Room services good. Breakfast everyday same like cheese, bread, tomato, cucumber etc.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. My first traveling in to Istanbul, so my planning was visit many of the historical places in there, so I choose this hotel and my choosing was really correct. The best location with clean and calmly rooms with kindly staff. They helped and guided me from the beginning of my journey to the end. I appreciate all of them and suggest this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is certainly not a 4* hotel like advertised. It can't be more than 3 at the max. Bathtubs are in a deplorable state. You can hear your neighbors as if they were next to you especially in the bathroom.
And what's even weirder is that the bathrooms of adjacent rooms are connected from the ceiling somehow! My neighbor was smoking a cigarette in the bathroom and the smell filled my room.
The breakfast is always the same, and it doesn't taste good. No choices. Always salad, carrots, eggs, coffee that is 99% water, milk always missing, some cereal, bread, honey, jam, and soup. That's it.
The personnel is very nice and friendly though.

Staying for 9 night with whole family
1) No kettle in the room, so if you have baby for making some food or need coffe or tea you better choose other hotel
2) No complimentary drinking water, just consider it as additional expense on your travelling budget
3) Old furniture, bad sound proofing, i can hear other room customer farting or vice versa. AC cant be controlled.
4) same breakfast everyday , boiling eggs, and salad + breads.
5) near to tram station aksaray, 5 mins walk
6)walking distance 20 minutes to agya sophia
7) near to bus station, 5 mins walk

It's very good hotel, in the best location, so convenient to use public transport, staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and cozy,but wifi was not good enough, breakfast was amazing and I liked the coffee so much , after all i suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Istanbul
