The hotel is not 5 stars!!! The rooms are good. The spa area is good, but the service is very low! The location is bad. The restaurant is open until 22.00, alcohol is not on the menu, and neither is the bar. So it's 3-4 stars. Since opening at 10.00, the sauna and hammam have not been prepared, and no staff can be found. You have to turn it on yourself and wait 40 minutes

This hotel maybe too far from several tourist destination but the room very vlean and the staff really friendly

Very nice place to stay at friendly people and comfortable bed never had a good sleep in my life like that stayed they’re got 5 days

Absolutely horrible service and hospitality. Since I walked in no one smiled or was friendly for my entire stay.
What's worse is they checked me out of my room early for no reason and my luggage was stolen by housekeeping. When I found out they denied having checked me out and claimed I told them to check me out. Then they proceeded to do nothing to get back my belongings from housekeeping and stalled in letting me talk to a manager. Clearly they knew I would be leaving soon and just hoped I wouldn't make much of a fuss. I was so upset however I ended up calling the police. Finally when the police came, the manager came out from the back and started berating me to the police saying I was lying and trying to frame me as a thief trying to steal from the hotel. He took advantage of the fact I didn't speak Turkish. Also I am black and he probably used that to try and profile me to the police as the police then asked me my job and income. It was a horrible experience and I don't recommend anyone staying here.

I am staying here through my dental practice. It's OK. The rooms are fine and the fridge is an asset. The waiters, housekeeping and reception staff are fine. The spa staff don't seem to speak English. Reading the other comments, I'm reluctant to try it. I must say how disappointed I am by the price of the food and the fact that any hot dishes I've ordered have arrived on cold plates. There's no authentic Turkish food on the menu and I'm not impressed with the overall value for money. I went to Kafka's restaurant, 5 minutes walk, far better value for money. Just be careful on the uneven pavements and watch for dog poo. There's supermarkets at Star City for bits n bobs. It's walkable but again watch the uneven surfaces.

Great materials used everywhere. Room design perfectly. Room are clean and well dressed with shampoo etc. I stayed in suite room. Bedroom really nice. Staff training level top. All staff top top.

The management of the restaurant department and all services related to drinks and food was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ismail, the manager of this department. All waiters in this part were polite with a smiling face.

Nice clean hotel ,good breakfast , nice pool and gym .
The turkish bath is not included within the room booking .
The location is far from city or metro station, you will need taxi or at least 1.5 km walking towards nearest bus stop.

Nice hotel but the area empty from service like (markets, bus stations,restaurants ..)
