I recommend this hotel! Amazing location with walking distance from the historical places and so many local restaurants around. The hotel manager, Yigit, was so nice and helpful. He helped us with reservations for places and transportation and accomodated us after my flight issue.

very strategic place. Near to Sultan Ahmad Mosque. Many restaurant, groceries and gift shop around. The room is very complete & comfortable. Love it

Felt very good. Room was nice and clean. There is fridge, kettle, coffee, tea, safe-deposit box. Bathroom was also clean and looked good.

Check in was smooth. Initially there were a few issues with the room sent feedback to booking.com and the manager musafair was very prompt at correcting the issues

The room was small but clean.
The night receptionist was kind even though she couldn't speak English.
When I said it was cold, she lent me a heater.
They looked after my luggage and even found and returned my forgotten items.

Mustafel was a wonderful host who took very good care of us, both for taxi services and Hammam reservations and recommendations for places to go in the city. The hotel has its own little charm with a pretty good view from the rooftop.

The hotel owner, Mr. Esat, and his staff, have been very professional, polite and attendant to our needs. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. We just walked to get to various tourist destinations like the bazaars, Sultanahmet mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace. There are also many restaurants and cafes around the area, without compromising one's peaceful sleep at night. Don't hesitate to ask the hotel for their recommendations. Much thanks to Santefe for our family's great experience.

The hotel is tired, needs renovation - bathrooms, air conditioners and elevators, etc., cleaning on request, the rooms are microscopic. 10 minutes to the Kumkapi commuter train stop, you can walk to the Beyazit - Grand Bazaar tram stop - uphill almost 90 ° (we couldn't overcome it, we went on commuter trains) or walk along the streets for 20-25 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia). Not far away is the Yenikapı Ferry Terminal (25-30 minutes), you can sail to other cities. Nearby there are many cafes and restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc.

Very good hotel. I was with a friend for 4 nights. Very good price. Anf very helpfull personal. Walking distance to aya sofia 10 min and to grand bazar 7 min.

We had a triple room as a family. It was very convenient has everything needed. Drawers, closet kettle tea coffee safe tv AC 2 little balconies.
Esam was the owner he was very friendly cooperative. Also for other staff even though they lacked english but they tried very as much to help us with google translate etc.
Over all It was very comfortable affordable place thanks alot for all Santefe staff 🙏
The only comment I had is that some malfunction in the toilet sink but it got kinda fixed during our stay.
