The place is great it has a beautiful garden the view from the room was beautiful and Breakfast was good the workers were kind

Rooms are okay. Breakfast has limited options and they charge a lot for any extras.
The hotel does not turn on the air conditioning upto mid may irrespective of how hot it may get. According to me that's ridiculous!
Location is good. Close to Kabatas and taksim. Can see Bosphorus from some of the rooms.

Hotel is decent. If you don't need luxury, this place might be for you. Decent rooms, but definitely need renovation. Rooms are very clean. Stuff was making our rooms every day. Breakfast was tasty, enough to be full. Hotels stuff is very friendly. Hotel is close to Taksim and Kabataş. (Mind hills) Unfortunately, there is a club on the rooftop. Every night party won't allow you to sleep until 1:30 at night. The building is shaking literally cuz of loud music. Our stay wasn't such bad, but we came back home tired cuz of lack of sleep. The every morning view from the window quenched our nighttime frustration.

Very loud music every day until 1am, with the room bar on the 6th floor. Impossible to sleep before 1.30 am, from Monday to Sunday.

We booked a 1 night stay before going on the kinalada island. We arrived at 3am after our flight was delayed. The room we order online for 4 adults was meant for a double bed only. The really nice guy at the reception gave us a family room seeing how exhausted we were. The family room had a double bed + a single bed and a baby bed. We slept at 3 in the double. Our 4 years old in the baby bed completely squeeze in it and teen in the single bed. Room was clean but old. we didnt have any water in the morning. We were about to catch a Boat so it wasn't an issue. BUT, when we went to check out, the lady at the reception told us the room was free, they offer us the night. I made them repeat in English and my husband confirm with them in Turkish. We felt it was a really nice gesture and felt lucky for the experience. We left feeling this hotel wasn't the best place but service and customer service were really good.
We found out 2 days later that they in fact debit our credit card....
They made us think it was free to charge us after hand.
So so disappointed. No need to say anything if you know it will be charge no matter what. The feeling is worst!

You have to be aware that they have a night club at the top floor/terrace. The music bangs until 1a.m. and if you want to sleep here, you better take along some earplugs.
Otherwise, nice service, clean rooms and good food. The location is top as well!

Location and access are good, but you need to walk on very steep alleys.
The rooms are normally clean.
There is something awful about the hotel, that is the very loud noise of the music at night. The hotel is very noisy until 1 am.
I don't recommend this place to anyone because I think passengers and tourist are normally tired of their daily activities and they need to take a rest which is not accessible in this hotel.

- wi-fi was awful also dirty room and bathroom. I’m stayed here for week and I had no once cleaning service

- I didn't like that Wi-Fi was slow and I couldn't work with video calls. The kettle was broken,it was a hole in it, so when I tried to make some coffee the water spoiled things around... my poor notebook (((

Very helpful staff. We had a problem in our reservation and they helped us with patience. The room was clean and with amazing view. In the center of the city with the best attractions within 2-10 minutes.
