Seven Days Hotel - İstanbul

Would not recommend staying here unless desperate to save some money. Work down, scummy rooms. The bathroom shower filled with mould and in poor condition. Beds, only get a bottom sheet and a crusty uncomfortable top blanket. Tv is no good, no channels to watch it English. Charger extra for breakfast on my checkout which was not mentioned earlier, made out to be all inclusive. I would have rather paid to eat out in the city instead. Be uncomfortable. Only bonus it is near the blue mosque etc short distance walk. Room was musty smelling too. Photos advertised are not a clear representation.

Avoid at all costs. Worst experienced. We were 3 females and arrived at 2am and got a transfer through the hotel to the hotel. They knew we were arriving late and had contacted them the day prior to our arrival. When we arrived they told us that they did not have a room for us even though we had booked and paid for one and they had confirmed the day before. They then spent an hour trying to find somewhere else for us to stay. It was 3:30am by this point and as three females we were put in a vulnerable position as they walked us to the other place to stay. We were taken to some kind of mouldy damp apartment which was not what we paid for. They refused to give us a refund and were very rude to us. Do not stay here!!

I stayed with my family in this hotel, and it was terrible. I have been to Istanbul many times, and I think this was the worst hotel. Hygiene 0. The sheets were stained, we could hardly sleep because of the bad smell. The windows were dirty, even during the day we heard noise from the mouse. The room smells musty. Unhelpful staff. We booked 4 nights, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. They gave me a terrible room in the basement and I had to pay extra money to change the room because we were with children. It says "free breakfast" and when we woke up in the morning they asked for 10 euros per person to have breakfast at the hotel. In the evening I asked for pasta for my child, one of the staff rudely told me that the restaurant is closed, and told me "go eat somewhere outside" I have a lot to say, I spent those 4 nights terribly in this hotel, I believe that it is enough for you not to go here. I would never suggest it! Never!

Besides location and kindness of employees, everything else suck. They did not provide pictures of room. So, we ended in basement. Room has terrible smell of mold. Never again will return to this place.

Horrible stay
I never ever see a filthy hotel as this one. I can’t describe how dirty it is, it started by an unpleasant mold smell as soon as you enter the room, dirty bed sheets, dirty floor , dirty towels … the list of filthy things can’t be described.
The staff are plenty of unfriendly people, with your are not welcome here attitude.
Honestly the stay on this hotel is enough for me to never visit Istanbul ever again.
Save your money and your family and don’t book a room there.
The only reason why we were forced to stay as we booked overseas non refundable and we were a big group and it was hard to find another place for all of us.
But this place is by all means unbearable,

Horrible stay Filthy hotel with a pungent smell of mold and dirt. Bed sheets are super dirty, yellowish color from being old and unwashed properly, Horrible pillows ugly dirty old and smelly, with all of that when we asked for extra pillows they said they don’t have. Air condition not working Unfriendly staff who makes the stay even worse.
