Seven Hills Hotel - Special Category

We are frequent travelers to Türkiye and absolutely adore everything about Istanbul. This year, in April during Ramadan, we decided to stay at this hotel—and it exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of magnificent. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing, and our room was simply unbelievable. And then there was the view—every single day, we were treated to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Honestly, it’s hard to say which was better!

One standout feature is the unique experience they offer with seagulls. The hotel staff prepares food for the birds, allowing guests to capture memorable videos and photos as the seagulls soar around. You can take as much food as you need to get the perfect shot! They even have a dedicated setup for professional photo sessions if you're interested in something more polished.

Breakfast here is another highlight—it’s an experience you won’t want to miss. While it’s a bit on the pricey side, it’s absolutely worth every penny.

This hotel truly goes above and beyond to create unforgettable moments. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Seven Hills was an excellent experience! The rooftop restaurant is obviously a staple stop in any Istanbul trip. But the hotel location and staff were also top notch. A very short walk to the Blue Mosque, Sophia, Arasta Bazaar, and much more.

Dear Seven Hills, this is a belated post to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my parents who stayed there. They were very grateful and felt very blessed that they were treated as part of a big family. My mum had the best time of her life eating breakfast every morning and my dad was very happy that you arranged almost everything for them, from transportation to tours.

recently stayed at seven hills hotel and restaurant and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything about my vacation was exceptional. The hotel itself was immaculate, the service were top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shoutout goes to Ahmet, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and approachable, making me feel truly valued as a guest. His helpfulness and attention to detail made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing place, scenic views from the restaurant and roof top. I stayed here for four nights had breakfast included, The room was very nice slightly outdated furniture and needed a little bit of TLC but the bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean so couldn’t complain much. The breakfast was amazing the amount of food that they give and the views all around, you have Hagia Sofia on one side blue mosque on one side and the Bosphorus. The staff were very friendly but at the end of the trip they got something seriously wrong and that was the airport transfer we nearly ended up at the wrong airport if it wasn’t for me telling the taxi driver he was going the wrong direction as the receptionist told him the wrong the airport, luckily it only caused a 45 min delay and we got to the airport in time.

Management and staff are very friendly, you feel welcome when you walk in the door. The location in Sultanahmet is very tourist here. So you will be paying more to eat In this area and in general. But if you walk a little bit outside of this direct area you can find many restaurants to the west that are very cheap and very good food. Foe the area you feel safe and very good for first timers if you have a little extra change to spend or don’t mind searching a bit for cheaper restaurants.

Great little hotel in the middle of Sultanahmet - right across the street from the Four Seasons. Beds were super comfortable, place was very clean, reasonably priced. Very nice staff, great restaurant on the roof, would absolutely recommend staying here. NOTE: Internet was better than most of the hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul, 95% stable at 50+ Mbps.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The service and atmosphere were excellent.
The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. Best of all the hotel's prime location is close to major attractions, location was just perfect.

While we didn't stay at Seven Hills Hotel, we did enjoy a memorable lunch at its rooftop restaurant. The food was ok, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. Dining with such a historic landmark as a backdrop and the peaceful sounds of prayer in the background created a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

Great location and helpful staff! Room not too practical with the mirror being too low (unable to see yourself unless you bend down), garbages not changed everyday. However, they did do the beds everyday. Great location, and walking distance to the touristic attractions. Breakfast offered on terasse with great view
