Soho House

I saw many people recommend it. But I really want to complain. I don't recommend staying here. The room style is a bit like TUVE in Hong Kong. But with the most basic price here, I can already stay in the best room type at TUVE. And the toilet is very cramped. There is no service even if you ask for it. Won't take the initiative to carry luggage. When I left that day, I took some pictures of the street scene outside with my camera, then turned back to take pictures of the hotel, but later I felt there was nothing worth taking pictures of, so I didn't. Then the staff outside told me not to take pictures. Please let me take the photo, but I don't really want to, okay? It would be fine if they didn't take the luggage when they saw it, but compare it to when we left at Park Hyatt, two staff members followed us out to take the luggage, opened the car door and said all kinds of heartwarming things. The contrast is really obvious. If I had to say what I was most satisfied with, it would be that the cookies in the room were delicious. And the smile when the cleaner greets you

With this I would like to thank Soho House Istanbul Team for my short, but exceptional stay in May 2024. The Hotel itself providing stylish and quality facilities. But the most value gives the personnel. Everybody was extremely welcoming and forthcoming.
What myself and my friends would like to point out as well - the time in Allis. Cocktail menu is nice and fine. And the waiter Numan made our evening! He predicted almost our wishes and even guessed better than we did. We felt comfortable and we were taken care of very delicate. Next evening we even came back to the Allis because of that, but it wasn’t his shift unfortunately.
So I do recommend Soho House for the stay and the Allis as a place to hang out, I will come back absolutely!

I recently stayed at Soho House Istanbul and had an incredible experience! The hotel is not only stunning and trendy but also perfectly located close to the charming areas of Karaköy and Galata. Our room was cute, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a flat iron. The bed was also super comfortable. I particularly loved their Cowshed product line, which added a spa-like feel to our stay.

Shoutout to the team which was truly what set this hotel apart. Masut at the reception was outstanding, ensuring we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Numan at the lobby bar was incredibly friendly, providing us with excellent local recommendations. Dining at Cecconi's was another highlight; Omer treated us like family, making our meal there unforgettable. The rooftop bar is a fantastic spot to unwind, and one of the servers (wish I could recall his name!) made what could have been a pretentious place feel very welcoming and relaxed.

The hotel is beautifully designed with high end amenities. The gym is huge and well-equipped! The property’s historic charm, coupled with its trendy touches, made our stay luxurious and comfortable. I was sad to leave Soho House Istanbul and hope to return!

The holder in the shower falls off. Creaky bed. Strange smell from dishes in the room.
Otherwise everything was acceptable. The hotel is a solid 4 stars. I think if they fix these shortcomings they can claim a higher rating.

Very nice and well planned place. Hotel is very good with big well equipped rooms, nice downstairs cafe and outstanding gym. Club rooftop has a great view. Hip and cool yet a little snobbish

Very comfortable place, good location, but a little dirty, hotel parking needs to be paid, the hotel does not allow taking photos, overall not very recommended, this price has better options

Just probably on the best that I ever visited, and I work for the company, used to be the american embassy, and before that it was a house of a formerof a italian businessman which it takes thale name of "Palazzo Corpi".
Just stunning, out standing. It's so big that you get lost inside. Makes you feel you are into a movie, marble finish and high cealing with enormous spaces is the main feature.
The rooftop is just the real deal.
All the staff was amazing, especially Tayfun and Onus.
