The Soul Hotel

The hotel is centrally located, the service is attentive as we had several requests during our stay. The breakfast is ok, hot dishes are served by menu. There are different layouts of rooms and most of them are of a moderate size (enough for traveling solo or for a couple with not much luggage). Not many public space, but it can be explained by the fact that the building is not a modern one. The main thing to keep in mind is that during the weekend it may be quite noisy as it is an area with proximity to bars and restaurants

+ nice bed and bathroom
+ a pretty good location with walking distance to tourist destinations

Nearby, bars with parties. It's loud, but it didn't bother me.

- breakfast is normal, but the process of marking the guest is strange. There is a buffet with snacks, but to get a hot one, you have to wait for the staff to order, but apparently they can't be there all the time to take the order. In the end, at the time of departure for the airport, they did not wait, although they went down to the reception.

Overall, it seems clean, calm, comfortable.

The Soul Hotel was cosy and rooms decorated very well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved having the cat visit us in the room with balcony. Only setback was that the Hotel is at the bottom of a steep slope and as it rained on two of 3 days we were there, it was a challenge to go out to the Istikal / Takim areas.

Everything was perfect. The location in Beyoglu near bus, tram an metro. The breakfast was delicious with many local products. And the staff was very friendly and give us many reccomendations of restaurants.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The property is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could need. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered to enhance guest comfort. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service, making it a standout choice for any traveler.

It was good overall, however, lift was very small and we asked for a window in the room and got a window straight onto a small patio with people, meaning we have to have our window covered the whole time.

The rooms were stylishly furnished, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I loved the sleek, minimalist decor, which still managed to feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and the room came equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked minibar.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door and were always available to assist with anything I needed, from restaurant recommendations to transportation tips.

The location of The Soul Hotel is another highlight. It’s situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great cafes, shops, and local markets nearby, but also close to many of Istanbul’s top attractions. The convenience of being able to explore the city with ease was fantastic.

While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast on-site, they partner with nearby cafes, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the local culinary scene – a fantastic way to start the day. I loved exploring the nearby spots for breakfast each morning.

Overall, my stay at The Soul Hotel was excellent. The stylish rooms, attentive staff, and prime location make it a great option for anyone looking to experience the best of Istanbul. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the city!

Really great location and very lovely, friendly and attentive staff! There are loads of cafes nearby the hotel and it’s about 10 min walk to the nearest tram station and carrefour supermarket. There is a mini fridge, the room is cleaned daily, and they provide water bottles in the room after each clean.
We stayed in the standard room with a double bed. The room is very small (can’t have your luggage open on the floor) but catered for our needs. It was a little noisy outside on Fri and Sat night as there are bars nearby but it didn’t bother me as I had my earplugs. Note that if you are sharing the room with a friend it might not suit you as the toilet area and shower area are separate and not very private.
Istanbul is very hilly so keep that in mind when you travel! Overall, had a perfect stay and totally recommend this hotel.

I am very happy that we booked a room here.
Already on the first day it turned out that we got much more: a nice stay in a charming, well-located and well-organized hotel.
We spent time here from Thursday to Sunday. The windows of our room overlooked the patio and it was so quiet that we could sleep with the windows open at night. The terrace on the top floor had a beautiful view of Istanbul.
Breakfast became a new part of the day for those few days (we were able to spend a really long while there). The overall impression was very positive. Just what we needed. The service is provided by an experienced team. It made us feel very comfortable.
