The St. Regis Istanbul

A wonderful hotel with special memories for me. It was especially lively before the pandemic, with rooftop parties, vibrant music, and delicious food. I particularly remember the song "My Name is Giovanni Giorgio, but Everybody Calls Me Giorgio." Additionally, the hotel offers services to iron your clothes and assist with packing your luggage.

A thousand times thank you for the warm welcome and the emotional goodbye. The most friendly and helpful staff ever!! Special thanks to Mr . Emir who works as receptionist I will come again to my second home .İ express all my respect to them

From A to Z this property is superb. Breakfast, Room, Service all true 5 star quality.
Had initially some trouble to check into our room due to a guest checking out late. The room was promised to be ready by like 6.30 pm but we had plans to meet clients and needed to change and freshen up. After presenting us with some non acceptable options, the supervisor stepped in and gave us an upgrade to a Suite that was ready. Thank you!
The room was always made up perfectly. The property is very well kept, sparkling clean and not the least tired.
Would only stay here, next time we visit this incredible city again.

It was my absolute pleasure to stay at the St Regis Istanbul. Excellent location, superb service and impeccably furnished rooms. Located along the Macka Park, the hotel is surrounded by excellent dining and high end options. The breakfast is superb. The gym has all the necessary equipment. The butler service is admirable. Great to add the butler service with garment ironing and shoe shine. Upon departure was also given a gift (other than the bill 😀). I felt truly welcomed.

Super cool hotel. The rooms are big and very comfy. The staff is nice and goes over the moon to make your stay the best. Lots of nice restaurants around by walking distance

The service is exceptional, starting from arrival until the checkout, staff is very professional and kind. They are heavily focused on customer service. What I don’t like, The bathroom and showers. It’s little bit old-fashioned. There is a beautiful café attached outside, it’s amazing place to chill, to have coffee and to have breakfast. Service is little bit slow over there. That’s all 💗

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location away from busy tourist attractions. Breakfast was amazing. One thing we didn’t like is our room was on the 6th floor and bar lounge was right above us, on Saturday they had a very loud party, we couldn’t really sleep because of the loud music. Despite that we loved our room. We also enjoyed a steam room and pool area of the spa, just make sure to book your time slot.

Impeccable Service, Chic and Sophisticated

From check-in to check-out, and throughout all interactions in between, the whole staff are inviting, overly accommodating and sincere in their approach to superior customer service. In short, they make you truly feel like a valued guest in their hotel.

The rooms are well appointed and incredibly spacious, outdone only by the 24 hr Butler's Service that provides invaluable assistance, undertaking tasks reminiscent of the lost profession in a bygone era (suit pressing, shoe shining, tea making etc.).

As to the location, it is away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas in a trendy, posh neighborhood, yet, close enough to all sites and attractions. Very nice, yet, not entirely representative of Istanbul. If you enjoy brand name shopping, then the area would appeal.

Lastly, the breakfasts are healthy, delicious and exceedingly fresh.

In conclusion, an incredible hotel with an incredible commitment to customer service, would highly recommend.
