The St. Regis Hotel

This is the perfect base for Istanbul. In the center of the very walkable Nisantasi high-end shopping district, the location is perfect. The hotel in itself is very peaceful, in the middle of a bustling city. Service is the highlight of the St Regis Istanbul. Special mention to Rima at the concierge desk, but everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. Spago restaurant on the top floor is a beautiful place for a rooftop dinner with great food. Spa services and the space itself very relaxing. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, although they could use an update, this might be my only complaint. Some visible wear on the furniture, carpeting, bathrooms etc. Bottom line: would return every time im in Istanbul.

Tonight we stopped by this joint for dinner. We were the last customers there, service was really fast and our server was by far the funniest servers we ever had the pleasure of having. I got myself the ny ***** steak and it was so delicious. Thank you so so much to Wolfgang puck and the restaurant and the entire staff and the folks at st Regis Istanbul for having us. We will forever treasure this moment. I can’t wait to come back soon.

Stayed at St.Regis recently, and want to recommend this hotel for everyone! Great service, amazing food, clean and nice rooms. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious! Huge thanks to staff, Omar and Murat, they took care of us throughout the stay. Made sure that we had everything we needed, were very polite and welcoming. Also, thanks to General Manager of St.Regis, she talked to us during breakfast, welcomed everyone and helped us with the questions we had. Want to note that the interior of the hotel is amazing, I was really impressed with the design. 10/10!

We recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel Istanbul Nişantaşı and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and luxurious stay.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable —perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring Istanbul. The attention to detail in the amenities and housekeeping was impeccable.

What truly stood out was the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Every team member, from the concierge to the dining and housekeeping staff, was professional, kind, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The location is ideal —nestled in the upscale Nişantaşı neighborhood, surrounded by high-end shopping, fine dining, and vibrant cafés. It’s also conveniently close to major attractions and public transport.

I highly recommend the St. Regis Istanbul Nişantaşı for anyone seeking a 5-star experience with outstanding service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. I can’t wait to return!

It’s my favorite hotel Istanbul, it’s cozy and super clean, the service is excellent.
I like their breakfast so much and the staff are so welcoming. Mr.Berke service was super as he’s always welcoming and served us well.

My preferred hotel when visiting Istanbul, Turkey, is the St. Regis Istanbul. I have stayed there twice, and each visit has been consistently positive. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the location is very convenient. The hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood with designer shopping nearby.

The check-in desk staff were very accommodating and attentive to our requests, which made the arrival process smooth and pleasant.

During our stay, I enjoyed contemporary Turkish breakfasts served by a friendly and helpful staff member, Berke. I also appreciated the Oriental Hammam (Turkish bath) service at the hotel spa, where the therapist provided excellent care.

Stayed for a week and couldn’t fault a thing. As a seasoned traveller, I would rank this hotel among my favourites. The staff were courteous, the rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from great shopping areas. Truly couldn’t ask for more.

St Regis is said to be one of the top five star hotels in Istanbul. It was nice but felt slightly less luxurious than its counterparts abroad. The staffs were all helpful and professional however lack the “warmth” I would usually get from other hotels (maybe because I’m a chatter). The Spa was amazing though! Very beautiful private pool albeit small but it’s private so it makes up for the size. The spa staff as especially kind!

The only thing I felt could be improved is the amenities. It’s quite weird to have a tag on every single bottle telling you not to take it lol when they weren’t exactly great, my skin got really dried out after :(. There were also no tea bags or kettle in the room. I get that we could use the butler service but sometimes it’s good to have those for something quick. Ordered tea in the morning and those were chargeable (both for delivery and tea)

Received a very thoughtful gift at check out which was really nice and the champagne sabre ceremony was quite interesting! Loved the Brasserie at the ground floor for the food and too notch service from the petite blond lady (forgot her name, but please give her a raise), the rest of the waiters weren’t too attentive though..

From the moment I called to make a reservation, the experience at St. Regis Istanbul was nothing short of delightful. Mr. Ozan, who assisted with the booking, was warm, accommodating, and offered us some excellent options that suited our needs perfectly. Upon arrival, the exceptional service continued. Mr. Emre greeted us with genuine hospitality and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity a guest could need for a comfortable experience. A special mention goes to Furkan from room service, who kindly arranged a late breakfast for us—one of those thoughtful gestures that truly elevate a stay. Another highlight is the hotel’s fantastic location—just a short stroll from the stylish shops and cafés of Nişantaşı. It’s this combination of excellent service, comfort, and location that makes a stay unforgettable.
