The hotel is located in close proximity to iconic landmarks - Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Hippodrome, Blue Mosque. But this is what determines some nuances - the call to prayer or the actual prayers on holidays are heard very loudly.
The rooms are clean, the view is incredibly beautiful, the linen is snow-white, they put a bottle of water every day, there is a tea station, slippers, hygiene products.
I didn't like the situation with breakfasts a little - if you order on the spot - the cost of breakfast is 20 dollars. For this amount, a fixed menu - a set of vegetables, cheese, bread and scrambled eggs (omelette) plus tea or coffee. We did not take it, we had breakfast in a cafe somewhere around.

Excellent hotel in the very center of old Istanbul, everything is close. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my children! The room was spotlessly clean and always maintained to a high standard, with housekeeping accommodating my requests and even providing complimentary water after each cleaning, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making it a very family-friendly experience. A special mention goes to the manager, Necati, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always answering my questions and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service—it’s especially accommodating for families with children!

Location is excellent for the main sights, and tram stop nearby. Room was small, but expected that. Very friendly staff. Great a/c and view. Cons - water pressure was high/low along with temperature, and breakfast could be improved. Overall good value and I would stay here again.

Had a great 1 night stay here and got access to the 360 Panorama Restaurant upstairs on the 6th floor of the hotel.

Amazing views. You see most of the Istanbul skyline and Necati was really pleasant, courteous and helpful with a lot - including where I could buy and develop film for my 35mm camera.

Highly recommend this place!

Arrived 7.00 in the morning to our hotel we booked the night before to make sure we could just go to the room as had a long journey before our stay. The hotel porter was like you should have been here yesterday he had gave our room away after a lot of back and forwards he gave us a room that was disgusting. We walked the streets until we found this lovely hotel and they were able to give us a room for the three days a clean bed and beautiful views what more can you ask for. 360 views of the city from our breakfast restaurant great breakfast lovely bar blue mosque 2minutes walk away 10 minutes to grand bazaar. Thank you for allowing us to stay here

Beautiful hotel with panoramic views on top of the building. Unfortunately the room that my fiancé and I shared had the view of some garbage and the aircon didn't work correctly. We did contact reception and was told it was fixed but it wasn't. Regardless, the room itself was lovely and we received bottled water, tea, coffee, creamer and housekeeping daily. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and opening doors and elevators.

The size and facilities of the hotel are similar to that of a hostel, so the rooms are somewhat small. The building itself is old and has old items such as interior curtains, but it is kept clean. Although it has good accessibility to the main tourist attractions in the old town, it is a bit far from the restaurant area, so it is not noisy, so it was a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly, and the view is also the best if you don't mind the narrow space.
