The Tango Hotel İstanbul

**Worst experience ever.** The room was dark, too small, and not clean. The curtains and armchair were dirty. The noise from the street, bar, and neighboring rooms was so loud that getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. You could hear every little noise in the building and from outside, including neighbors talking in their rooms, taking showers, and using the bathroom. The staff came to clean the room at 10 AM while we were still inside and refused to return later. There were no slippers for the bathroom, the shower was not clean, and there was mold in some areas. There were two dark bottles with unidentified liquids, making it impossible to tell which was shampoo and which was shower gel. The breakfast was neither fresh nor delicious, with a very limited menu.

On the second night of our stay, we were woken up by the sound of a mouse (the mouse was chewing on wood in the door). At 5 am, we had to pack our things and go to the hotel reception. The interesting thing was that they behaved very normally, mice are normal for them :))) We even wanted to tell them where the mouse was, but no one paid attention :)) Except for the Iranian gentleman who we saw the next day and asked for a film and to send it to him (they behaved very respectfully, Mr. Iman). Overall, it was a bad hotel, I do not recommend it at all.

This was my last stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, on the fourth night of my stay in this hotel, I saw a mouse in my room. They changed my room, but I couldn't sleep well until morning.
The breakfast of the hotel was not very detailed and of high quality.

This hotel was absolutely horrendous, by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. I traveled to Istanbul specifically for surgery, and as soon as I was able, I checked into a hotel nearby the hospital. However, things took a turn for the worse that evening. After dinner, I began to feel incredibly strange, and before I knew it, I was experiencing all the symptoms of food poisoning. I was in such a terrible state that I couldn't even get out of bed, so I had to ask my mother to request an ambulance from the reception. To my utter shock, they flat out refused, deeming it unimportant and claiming that an ambulance wouldn't come. Despite explaining that I had just undergone surgery and couldn't possibly make it to the hospital on my own, they callously pushed me away from the hotel. The receptionist offered to call a taxi for us, but it was clear that he wanted us as far away from the hotel as possible. In the end, he sent us to a closed hospital. The next morning, when I went to the reception to inquire about a refund for the two nights I refused to spend in that abominable hotel, they callously dismissed my concerns. They had the audacity to claim that my health problems were not the hotel's responsibility, and that I wouldn't receive a refund or any assistance if needed. Let it be known that if you have any health problems, they would rather abandon you on the street than call for an ambulance! I sincerely hope that one day, they experience the same level of hospitality during a difficult situation.

This hotel is the worst you may get, non professional staff and management sucks and breakfast is the worst ever. The manager couldn’t take the complaint we have and decided that we need to leave he said you can’t come to my hotel and tell me how things suppose to be so i had to leave the hotel and look for another one. Don’t even try.
