Delicious breakfast and good location (Just a short walk away from Cumhuriyet street with a gentle slope)
Rooms are OK (hot water for shower, enough space, cleaning service, and safety box)
Everything can be found with a short walk including a Migros jet, several exchanges and fast foods.
I have been there with my family in May, 2024 for seven nights and enjoyed everything.

This hotel was absolutely horrendous, by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. I traveled to Istanbul specifically for surgery, and as soon as I was able, I checked into a hotel nearby the hospital. However, things took a turn for the worse that evening. After dinner, I began to feel incredibly strange, and before I knew it, I was experiencing all the symptoms of food poisoning. I was in such a terrible state that I couldn't even get out of bed, so I had to ask my mother to request an ambulance from the reception. To my utter shock, they flat out refused, deeming it unimportant and claiming that an ambulance wouldn't come. Despite explaining that I had just undergone surgery and couldn't possibly make it to the hospital on my own, they callously pushed me away from the hotel. The receptionist offered to call a taxi for us, but it was clear that he wanted us as far away from the hotel as possible. In the end, he sent us to a closed hospital. The next morning, when I went to the reception to inquire about a refund for the two nights I refused to spend in that abominable hotel, they callously dismissed my concerns. They had the audacity to claim that my health problems were not the hotel's responsibility, and that I wouldn't receive a refund or any assistance if needed. Let it be known that if you have any health problems, they would rather abandon you on the street than call for an ambulance! I sincerely hope that one day, they experience the same level of hospitality during a difficult situation.

We went there during xmass after being grossed out by a hotel nearby called the downtown beijing hotel - which is dirty and smells horrible - Tango hotel saved my holidays with a very correct room, an affordable cost, a polite and nice staff and a beautiful cat called "Zhaitan" or something like that.
Breakfast could improve a lot, other than that a lovely experience.

The hotel is placed in noisy street but it's located near osmanbey metro so it has very good access to other district. It is small hotel. Unfortunately my room isn't clean, the shelf and side table are not clean. Also under bed is really dirty. Staff are okay. Breakfasr is very limited and we have not many choice.

Overal, it was OK. The staff were so friendly and helpful. However, I wasn't totally satisfied with our room. The bed sheets had some dust on it and it was annoying but as soon as i requested the home service changed the sheets. Another thing I didn't like was the room lightning. There were no windows bringing light into the room and only a veryyyy small window. And the room light was just acceptable for night but not for morning or for work or studying.
The air conditioning was not working properly and it did not smell good (I mean it smelled kinda bad)
Breakfast was really good and I enjoyed it.
And the reception staff were really nice.

I am staying in here for 3 days, one has passed.
Up to now everything has been good.
Room service and cleanliness did not satisfy me, but on my previous experience of istanbul you should not expect more from a 3 star hotel.
For example the mini bar is empty, just two bottles of water😛and the towels were not vacuumed , although I reserved a single bed room but they give me a twin bed and one single 🤣🤣 It was fantastic, because I had lots of place to be alone 😁
The staff are nice with somehow english speaking level that is a diamond in istanbul,
In future I will select this hotel too because of the location.

We stayed at this hotel in May. We were a huge party of 13 people, 6 rooms. Regular cleaning everyday. New towels. Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Not currently a buffet, more of a personal dish with lots of little options. Staff were super polite and understanding. Great room service, they will bring you anything you need to your room. Amazing location, in the heart of Osmanbay and 10 minutes walk to Taksim. Special praise for Eman and Emin.

Small but affordable rooms. Clean rooms. Close to taksim and close to metro and bus stations. Staffs are kind and friendly. Had a nice time here.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and five days. The location is great as the area is lively and full of food stalls and brand shops are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and well-ventilated. Walls are not soundproof but it’s nothing that a pair of earplugs cannot solve:).
Breakfast consist of fried egg and potatoe , sausage, olive, cheese, jam and honey + milk, coffee and tea.
staff are polite, friendly, attentive and responsive. Especially Nazli Hanim. For those who do not mind slope and love strolling and exploring the beautiful Istanbul on foot AND expect competitive price and good value for money this is a very good option.
