Reasonable hotel decent rooms and great service

Price/performance ratio is perfect.

The Breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, olives, Halva, cheese, sausage, and many other spreads I found. Coffee could be better.
The room and bathroom are clean (no this is unfortunately not a matter of course).

Good location: the metro station at Yenikapi as well as the tram station and Beyazit are within walking distance easy to reach. You must walk to reach the tram station is Beyazit, up a hill is not uncommon. But it can be for families or older people is quite exhausting.

Sights are in the immediate vicinity and/or are easy to reach.

In addition, there is Local with delicious food right in front of the "front door", for example, a Uyghur restaurant.

In each floor, there is a Wi-Fi Station is located and from my room I had a good view of the sea.

All in all: clear recommendation! (was my second stay). Keep in mind however, the hotel selection is also the district in which you reside.

Other reviewers on the Turkish-language TV programme or on the "noisy street" complain I find amusing. Who is out of town and then in the room the TV turn on to me is suspect, and against a noisy street, there is a closed window helps ;)

Very convenient location, close to many touristic spots. It's an old building but well renovated and clean.
The breakfast was limited but good enough to start the day with.
The seperation walls between the rooms are light and without sound insulation.
The staff were polite and friendly.
I recommend it as a budget hotel for a few nights.
