DISASTER.
Bugs , constant noise, negative and unkind staff, sauna doesn't work ... Instead of a welcome smile, we were greeted by the negativity that was felt. The sad faces of dissatisfied people. Communication is very bad,
Because they don't speak English.We didn't feel comfortable at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL

We waited about 6 hours to be checked in, they were always saying that they don't have any rooms available, the rooms were dirty with bugs all over the place. Don't come here

Excellent location and quiet staff is keeping it clean; We got room on a 5th floor, one bed has no leg, shower is rusty and fixed to a wall... nothing like in photos on their website. I do not understand how hotel is about to get 4th star! Stay away from the 5th floor! Food for breakfast had very poor choice, thinking that Turkey is famous for good food, this was disappointing.

This is the worst hotel I haver ever stayed in. The rooms are old and dirty. Showers barely work and they are rusty. It seems like they needed to be replaced at least 20 years ago. The furniture in the room is old and damaged. But, this is not the worst thing at all. The food and the restaurant is literally scarry. I think that only pure luck saved us from getting sick after eating there. Bugs (cockroaches) are on the tables and in the restaurant. Food is spoiled. For instance, butter was rancid with a bitter taste. Than oil on salad was also bad and, finally, we realised they reuse food for several days ago by mixing with eggs. For example, they served fried potatoes for breakfast and nobody did not want to eat it. Than the next day they made scrambled eggs with fried potatoes. Yuck!!!!! The only positive thing is location, which is great. Avoid this hotel!!!!
