Amazing hotel .perfect location near to tram and metro station (Aksaray station and lalai metro station)excellent breakfast fresh, tasty and delicious. Variable every day. Staff were excellent helpful, especially Mr youns and Mrs rahma. All reception staff were helpful with warm welcome and friendly.
room was clean and comfortable with perfect housekeeping . The swimming pool at the roof was an amazing view .our stay from 10th September to 15th September 2024 .I hope to come back to the hotel in next visit to Istanbul. It was great value for the money.the hotel was very safe

Hotel is definitely out dated and needs a revamp. Nice rooftop pool and the free breakfast was great as well. Rooms are very small. Toilet was so close to the shower doors than you couldn’t sit straight haha. Service was great.

The service at the hotel is at a very good level! especially thanks to Mehmet who helped us with ordering a taxi. There were delicious breakfasts, fresh national flatbreads were baked every morning, and a lot of different desserts. We went to the pool and spa (hammam, sauna - cost $10, but we were completely alone - it was very cool to go and relax after the plane) overall we were happy with the hotel!

No complaints! Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant and breakfast was fresh. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The picture are completely different than the reality
The hotel didn't mention that the reception is on the first floor and you have to use a tiny staircase to reach it , ( no lift at the ground flour) .
The room was very very small , as we requested a double bed , we got the tiniest room( single room) fitted by a double bed , no space for the luggage and no space to move , it was warm and noisy.
Also they didn't mention that the SPA/sauna/steam room/hammam are not included, you have to pay 10$ per person per use .
The breakfast wasn't fresh (most of it was the leftover from the previous days )
The cleaning was every 2nd day , we didn't request any cleaning until the 4th day ( the 4th day we took out don't disturb sign) , and the cleaning was done but the surprise was : nothing has been done in the room linens/ bed sheets haven't been changed/ bins full / no toilet roll / the floor was dusted they didn't touch anything, they took the dirty towels and they put the fresh one that's all .
The one in the reception was very rude ,

Vary nice hotel! At first i tought this was a bad hotel but after 1 night i changed my mind, the rooms are small but nice! The price is vary ok, the pool looks amazing! Only they could repair the pool lights because they dont work and at night time the pool is dark. But the temperature of the water is warm. Good breakfast. The service is vary friendly! I reccomend

At a great location, staff are very polite and helpful and the hotel has a swimming pool on top.
Thou the picture of a swimming pool set on cover of the listing doesn’t match in reality.
The breakfast was fair.
The rooms are a bit small but again that what a 4 stars hotel would get you in Istanbul.

Not bad hotel but some points not to 4* level.
Very good service, place and breakfast with a lot of local specialitets.
