Overall the hotel is fine. The location is excellent, you are in the middle of everything and on a walking distance from major attractions like Grand Bazaar. The staff is friendly and polite. The disadvantages are: the air conditioning system works only for heat, not for cold; the size of the hotel’s restaurant is small and if two groups of guests come together, there is no place for everyone.

Good location. Room for improvement for the rooms, cleanliness and breakfast range. They only have 1 lift which gets busy around certain times of the day. Rooms are much smaller than we expected. Reasonable value for money tho, considering proximity to city centre. Area is fairly quiet.

Located a stones throw away from many of Fatihs landmarks and tourist hotspots, its a good place to stay for a couple of nights.
Pros - relatively cheap, rooms are surprisingly big for a solo person, hotel staff are very welcoming and fun to talk to, a wide variety buffet for the free breakfast and a rooftop terrace with a great view of the ocean. Room service can help tourists with purchasing necessities such as a phone charger/car hire.
Cons - No soundproofing at all, expect to hear EVERYTHING. TV does a thing where you cant turn off notifications pop up for devices connecting, bathrooms are bleached prior to your arrival, I learnt the hard way when leaving my clothes on the floor. Laundry prices are random. We were told 35LR per piece of clothing but I was charged roughly $10 AUD per piece. Room card cancels itself out if next to a phone, meaning you have to get it reset at reception if you want access to your room.
If you love shopping its a good location, but I wouldnt recommend staying more than a few days because once you take in the local sights theres not much to do locally

Location of this hotel is great. There are many stations nearby and you don't have to walk so much when you want to go somewhere. However they advertised non-smoking rooms and said that smoking is prohibited, but we could smell ciggarets from ventilation few days until other guests from our floor left hotel. I contacted management few times regarding this, I don't know what they tried (or not), but we couldn't use ventilation in our room because of that. Sound isolation is not great and I was waking up many times when someone walk through hallway or flushes the water.

Good location, friendly staff, tasty kitchen. Recommended.
