We stayed in this hotel in June and it was awesome. The service, staff, rooms, and breakfast was very good. We where 9 and the hotel is near Laleli train station.

Very clean and good breakfast! Is close to the main touristic places! I recommend it! We will be back again! :)

The room was very clean , they changed sheets and towels every day, we were very close to metro and bus station and the breakfast was acceptable.
But , I didn't found the staff and especially the reception friendly. They didn't gave me the sense of welcoming and hospitality.
One other negative thing is the Hotel's location.
Personally I didn't like it very much , even if is very close to metro, tram and tourist sights like Kapali Carsi .
I can tell you for sure that Istanbul has much much better locations to choose to stay..

extremely bad service, the man at the reception has no sense of good service. wrong man in the wrong place, he should be put away from the guests. you should put him as a cleaner or door opener.

Average hotel, clean but small rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good location if you want to explore the old town of Istanbul.

Wonderful location, great breakfast, friendly staff. This is a great hotel that is near the Grand bazaar.

Good location. Metro isn't far. Comfy beds. Free tea/coffee at any time. Breakfast is ok. Not great! Bathroom / toilet old and not very clean. Sometimes it is not cleaned during your stay. No sound proof wall which makes it very disturbing as you can hear other people in their room as if they were in yours! The younger staff is friendly but the older ones not really! Not even a smile or a hello!
