Sahinler Hotel

Horrible experience. The rooms are pretty old and in desperate need of renovations. Our shower drain wasn't draining the water properly. After each shower, we were left with a puddle. Hot water was a luxury. I have traveled the world, yet I've never tasted food as bad as this. It was bland, and not even the salad was fresh.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It's in a great zone, and you're close to a lot of tourist attractions.

This hotel just got the worst hotel ever title
They are disrespectful towards their clients to say the least ,they are aggressive, rude and insensitive.
They don't even speak basic English so ironically enough you can say whatever you want they won't understand you
And a special mention of mister king of insults and indifference AZIZ who was everything but kìnd and helpful and also recommended that we leave the hotel if we are unsatisfied with the service 😉

A horrible experience!!! If you ask for an extra blanket they ask you to go to a 5 star hotel for a better service.
Thd staff, unable to communicate in english or any other forgein language, is unpolite and not shy to yell at residences at any occasion.
The lift is a safety hassard.
If I could rank this place a -1000, I would.
Frankly the worst hotel I've ever been to and it ruined my whole holidays.

I was on a one-day no-sleep trip to Istabul, we only had the hotel look after our baggage throughout the day, but the staff was neandertal. I wished to ask the reception person to allow me to charge the phone, he was on the phone and all he said was "no" repeatedly. I believe that's the only word he knew in English. I didn't stay in a room overnight so an honest opinion dictates I give 5* for "room." Everything else, just don't stay there.

This is review from my dad, i didn't go here. This is his expirience and review.

"Bad experience with 1 worker during breakfast.

Half of plates with food were empty, only water.

Moment we left elevator to go to restaurant, Guy in jeans and sweatshirt, smoking cigar comes to us and asks do we want omelet, which was weird to me. And when we agreed. They gave very small portion.

I asked for another portion and he started arguing how that's enough, too much even. I asked him again and he just argued with "You can't get more" and started touching food in my plate, cutting omelet saying how that's for 4 people!

And he was sick, alongside unprofessional clothing, his nose was runny, as he was touching food he also touched his nose, he was sneezing and coughing. Catastrophe.

I told our Guide who reacted professionally and immediately told agency which contacted someone who is responsible in Hotel.
So day after, to everyone's surprise we had full table of food and even full plate of omelets for the first time in those 4 days. After my reaction.

Women workers, in professional white clean uniforms made omelets without problems."

The only positive thing I can say about this downright awful hotel is that it's in the middle of the old city, about a hundred meters off from the main avenue. Apart from that, it's bad. The rooms are small, the fridge did not work, the AC is unimaginably dirty, walls are paper thin, the hair dryer had wires hanging from the wall and there was something (something...) dripping from the ceiling of our bathroom. This is NOT four stars, do not believe that for a second.

The location of the hotel is perfect, important buildings are nearby.
The room had average quality. The wifi and electricity is not stable, we had frequent offs. One of our tourist mates spent half an hour in the elevator because of it... The breakfasts had pretty variable quality during our stays.
