I made a reservation for the hotel online but when I went there they said it was not visible, we were disgraced as a family, they made us stay in another place which was extremely dirty, there were no napkins, the shower was full of garbage, there was hair in it, they put the bed in the shop, they said we will get money from the site, it is not the site's fault, it is ours.

Located nearby tram, bus station, and Halic metro station. But, it is hiding inside the residential area.
The important thing is that this hotel doesn’t have any elevator. So, make sure don’t stay there if you bring heavy luggage.
Room is fine, but the bathroom is really small. Amenities are very limited as well. Air conditioner was terrible! Couldn’t even control it at all.

Good service, room was nice. Mr Hadi was kind. All staff also helpful. Location was great nearby kucukpazar tram station. Breakfast was great and delicious. Thank you so much Victoriuos Hotel 🙏

Try to avoid this hotel bcz they dont care where you are from what is your condition,i booked this hotel 1 month before my arrival and when i reached istanbul means just 2 hours before my check in to their hotel they cancel my booking and they give me totally wrong excuse that i put my card s detail wrong,i checked twice everything was perfect,simple reason is that which i saw also that they overbooked on some extra charges and cancel your booking ,

hello! I had a wonderful time in the hotel for 12 days. Lovely and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The environment was so clean as well.

It was a very relaxing place to stay and the best hotel but the service was not the best at times and the staff did not fully know English so at times there was a language barrier felt. Overall, it was a great place to stay, free wifi, a clean bathroom and with a balcony with a good view.

I gave it 5 stars because for this price this quality is more than enough. The receptionists are kind and helpful.

I used the family deluxe room. This can fit 4-6 persons (3 queen size beds)
It's not the best option, not so clean, many damaged parts that are not maintained. Breakfast is included with the room. However, this breakfast in turkey will not take more than 2/10.
No lift available to reach the 3rd floor. Stair is circular and can be very dangerous to fall or slip.
No view whatsoever. Parking opposite to hotel, no one showed up to claim fee, hotel told the parking charge is 8 euro per night which makes it more expensive than Sultan Ahmet !
As value for money, it is not too bad. However, the photos in Agoda or other websites are misleading.
You can find many shops around it, within 10 minutes walk you can be at some main tourist places like Misri Bazar, ...

Highly recommend this place. It's clean and the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. We arrived at 5 in the morning (check in is meant to be 2pm) and they arranged a room for us to sleep in until we could properly check in to our booked room around 12.00. The food is great, plus breakfast is included. We ended up chatting and playing chess with one of the staff one eve, who gave us tips on places to visit. Location wise its cool - down a mostly quiet backstreet, very little car traffic, but also quite a lively area, with plenty of people and good, reasonably priced places to eat, it's relaxing and friendly. It's 5 mins walk from a tram stop (küçükpazar) which is 1 stop from Eminönü and all the main tourist attractions. It's also a short trip to Balat and Fener, which are worth seeing. Finally - the beds are really comfy for a good nights sleep after a full day site seeing!

Firstly I would like to thank Noor, Dora and Hadi for being very welcoming and helpful during my stay. They were so polite and supportive.
Now, I would like to suggest Victorious hotel to clean the bedsheets and the dovet covers. It had stains. Apart from this it was a very beautiful experience in Victorious hotel.
