The lady was making tea, which was very sweet.
The breakfast is somewhat okay.
The room was a nightmare, no window! Very dark, there are barely lights. Feels like a basement room.
The hotel is located in Beyazit,lively street of course, very crowded.
But the receptionist after night time is just so type of rude he didn’t know how to deal and behave with any customer. He didn’t know how to talk with anyone. we have taken 2 rooms and asked for nearby rooms they promise to gave us on another day but another day they asked for extra charges.
Also they have their own laws and regulations
We asked for something which is all time available in hotels in all world they say its only for first day.
You can take this hotel if you love to be mistreated.
The receptionist and main persons are really the lower level type of people
