Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul

No doubt the location is very good…
But the receptionist after night time is just so type of rude he didn’t know how to deal and behave with any customer. He didn’t know how to talk with anyone. we have taken 2 rooms and asked for nearby rooms they promise to gave us on another day but another day they asked for extra charges.
Also they have their own laws and regulations
We asked for something which is all time available in hotels in all world they say its only for first day.

You can take this hotel if you love to be mistreated.

The receptionist and main persons are really the lower level type of people

No I would not recommend

Hotel cleanliness level is not up to expectation under neath beds are dirty and the cleaner will do one mob swipe and leave never seen cleaning like this .
Staff at front desk weren't supportive at all
We requested car transport @0800pm based on their offer from day 1 check in time . They advertised to us even though we have our own private car transport but then once we agreed and paid.
They asked us to leave the room by 1200 pm even no 1 more hour late check out option as majority if hotels have which we personally experienced in UAE or so many countries we been in
even though our booking has express check in out option she (the female staff) literally kicked us out after we stayed for 8 nights with them .

that check out that we are keaving by 0800 pm when their transport come .

We asked to speak to the assigned staff who offered this and agreed to check out by 0800 pm as per their offer or even to speak to hotel management they refused to assist and we had to quickly collect our baggage and keep them in their store.

We had to stay roaming around with no place to rest at before our flight that is at from 12 pm to 8 pm
If we know this was happening we wouldnt agree to ride hotel transport and we could have our own private car and they wouldnt agree to refund back cuz the assigned staff was on vacation as they said .

And when we asked for a prayer spot they didnt seem happy that we asked to pray and my mother wanted to pray on the lobby from the way they treated us they couldn't provide us private space to pray instead the staff was watching and supervising my mother while praying as if no trust nor respect to privacy for a woman who is praying .

Also food option is limited
The inly convenient aspect was the location
Not recommending at all

We chose an economy room but my gosh. The vent was giving smoke and we had no windows - possibly leaving Istanbul with carbon monoxide poisoning. There was a nonfunctional fridge. The lights did not all work. There was no window which is apparently expected for an economy room. But the location was good and the inclusive breakfast was decent - mind you, the yoghurt and salad I had on my last day had spoilt but I didnt enough time to tell the staff as I had to catch my flight -- they should be checking the foods that they give out. The gym is small but okay and my friend said the pool was too cold to enjoy.
