"The rooms had fleas or bedbugs, and they bit us all over. They changed our room twice because the air conditioner wasn’t working. In terms of cleanliness, the sheets had stains. The staff wasn’t responsive either. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at."

I booked this hotel based on the pictures of the lobby, amenities, and services advertised on their website. However, when we arrived, we were directed to a separate building across the street that did not match the images we had seen. This secondary building did not have a lobby or the advertised services. Additionally, the elevator in this building was extremely small, barely fitting two people.
When we tried to resolve the issue and move to the main hotel building that matched the booking, we were told we would have to pay an additional fee. This was extremely frustrating, as we had already paid for the room based on the advertised property.
The room itself was decent, but the air conditioning unit was woefully inadequate for the summer heat. We had trouble sleeping each night due to the hot temperatures, even with the AC cranked to the lowest setting. The lack of effective cooling made our stay quite uncomfortable.
And do not let me talk about the services, delay services in everything.
Hotel recommends a taxi driver for us and we agreed that the price will be 1000 TL before going , however he was lied to us , at the end of the trip he told us to buy more than that although we agree with the hotel and confirm the price.
Overall, the false advertising and bait-and-switch tactics around the actual hotel building, as well as the insufficient AC, resulted in a very disappointing experience that did not match the expectations set by the online listings. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We are NOT satisfied. We had reservation for central building, but they accommodated us in other building. We have not anything in the mini bar. Our room was from boulevard side and was very, very noisy. Cleaner start to clean the rooms from 08:00 AM. They cleaned as if there was an earthquake. Other building is not the same.
TERRIBLE NIGHT! We would not repeat!

If you are not Turkish this is not a place you want to stay. Spa staff is extremely racist and the “nurse” Asli, that works at the hotel needs a psych evaluation. When I went to book a hammam one of the days the lady asked me if I was Turkish, I answered no, and after that she went ahead and told me the reservations were booked. The hallways always smelt so bad, the staff are mostly nasty excluding one or two, they are very unprofessional and honestly just nasty. If your choice is between this hotel or sleeping in your car you should choose the car.
