The room and service room was very correct. the location is just perfect. Keep up the great work!
Breakfast was OK, but the plates were dirty
The worst service, staff that STEAL your belongings and then deny it. A manager Yasmin who doesn’t care about the guests! Comforts like the air conditioning did not work (summer time), fridges were warm, curtains falling off the rails, food was stale, windows didn’t close properly so it was very loud (even on the fifth floor), none of the kettles worked, and wifi works and most days doesn’t. The safes in rooms don’t work and can be opened without your knowledge.
The worst possible stay.
All In all it was horrible!!!
DONT EVER STAY HERE. EVER!
Value of money is not worth it. You’re better off staying somewhere else like the hallmark hotel and spa next door to it.
Basil, Beheruz and Idris were the only people who tried to help us.
