Highly recommend staying here! Such a cute boutique hotel with EXCELLENT service. The staff was all so nice and helpful. The views from the terrace where breakfast is provided are incredible. The location is perfect - close to grand bazaar, the mosques, etc. it was such a great stay for us! The staff made our stay so much better.

Incredible staff, everyone from ground floor to the rooftop: kind, personable, unbelievably helpful (they even accompenied you to nearby places you had to go to).
Nice rooms, spot clean, with good amenities, very good (to us, at least) mattress, pillows and shower.
No views from the room (rear-facing room, -our own choice-, exterior not nice to look at but extremely quiet, no small matter for a place like Istanbul). We didn't expect them, though: we knew in advance. (The rooftop makes up for that!).
Good enough breakfast, with a big choice.
Walls are thin, which may be an issue if your neighbours are not considerate enough. This may happen at any hotel, though, regardless of category or price.

This hotel is magnificent!!! Located in old town a stone’s throw from every amenity. Upon arrival flowers, tea, and a wonderful orientation to the surrounding highlights to Istanbul. The room was spotless with rose petals and many amenities including free water and a mini bar. The included rooftop breakfast was amazing. I Would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!

We spent a perfect holidays in the White House Hotel. The BEST, the situation very near to the Mosque of St Sofia in the heart of Istanbul with a nice view at the roof. The staff was very pleasant to help us at anytime. The breakfast at the roof was very complete. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There were coffee and tea at anytime for free. They don´t have a restaurant for lunch and dinner but they allow you to eat your food at the roof. Thanks for made these days like at home.

What an amazing stay. We were warmly greeted and provided with our first experience of Turkish delight. The rooms were great, and the staff exceeded our needs! Breakfast on the rooftop was extensive and delicious...a bonus as we did not know that it was included in the room rate! Score! So close to cultural and historical landmarks in Istanbul...and so many restaurants that you can eat from dawn to dusk and not run out of options. So glad we chose this boutique hotel!

The personal service in this hotel is amazing. They do everything to make you feel welcome and "like family", as they state in their welcome letter. One night at 10:00 pm I wanted to get something on the roof top terrace. When I arrived there were two young men waiting for me! They even came to my room on my birthday with a cake with sparklers and sang happy birthday.
The location is great, walking distance to most things and a lovely breakfast on the terrace.
The only problem was our room was too small. I checked other rooms when we left, and they were fine. Just don’t get the middle room ending in 3. We could not walk by each other at the same time.
I was actually sad to leave because the staff were all so nice.

The White House was a wonderful hotel for 2 weary travelers from Georgia USA. We were welcome with Turkish tea and Turkish delight candies. Our room was very clean and the AC was working well as the entire country was under a heat wave. We had a room on the street side but it was very quiet at night. Loved the roof top breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes. Hotel is within walking distance of Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. We were here June 19-22. 2024. Definitely recommend with 5 stars.

An exceptional hotel, which exceeded our expectations. Located right in the heart of the old town, the hotel has some of the best accommodation conditions, and the staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast on the roof is sensational, try Turkish coffee, you will not regret it! From the entrance to the hotel and until we left for home, the staff was super attentive, kind and definitely captivated us with the prepared surprises. This hotel will be the only accommodation option in the future in Istanbul! This hotel is special one hotel in the World. I highly recommend LIKED VERY MUCH!!!

The best hotel in the world. Stayed there for the second time. The hotel is in a good location, close to all tourist spots. Very clean and tidy rooms and an amazing rooftop terrace with views. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff very welcoming. They were full of information to help us on our travels. We would happily stay at the White House Hotel on future trips
