We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service is very good ,stuffs here are very friendly and happy to help us .When we check in there are cups of welcoming juice and candy as well as lovely gifts. Although it’s midnight the staff still introduce the sightseeing here. The room is clean and brand new our clothes were folded as well.I totally recommend this lovely hotel to all the tourists to Istanbul.
