Affordable place to stay, comfortable and clean. The staff is what made it an excellent place for us to stay. Second night there was a power cut, but the reception staff helped us and found a hotel for us to stay for the night. When i had my surgery, the staff were bringing me ice every half hour which i am so grateful for. We are very satisfied with our stay here and would come again :)

The hotel is located in a narrow area of ​​an old residential area, with difficult parking. The room is small and the bed is narrow. If you are just staying for a short time, you can handle it at this price. The sanitary conditions are average.

we stayed here 3 times (2-4 days each time), rooms were good enough ( if there was something wrong it was enough to ask for help at the reception and they fix it immediately ) location is very close to tramway, bus stations, hospital, and pedestrian road, many facilities around, staff was helpful 24 hours. price was very good to us !

Situated in an awful neigborhoood, I was frightened to get there. Too local quarter for a single European female traveller. Never again.
The hotel itself was dark, including the room.

Hospitality is remarkable, cleanliness is excellent. Kitchen is not available however the market is nearby to get almond all kind of food at reasonable price. Mr. Yousaf was very helpful in all aspects. Perfect place to stay at Istanbul.
