This was the worst experience of hotels I had !
- the elevator is not working
- the bathroom smells bad
- the electricity when on an off during the whole night, mostly off. So I couldn't use:
- internet
- room phone
- bathroom (no window, so couldn't see)
- shower (dark)
-COULDN'T CHARGE THE PHONE
In the room, it says that there is room service when they actually don't. 1 omelet for 250 TL (1 egg costs 3 TL in Turkey). I guess they would go by it in a restaurant somewhere else.
I asked to get my money back, and they refused. They offered me to send me to another hotel for 4 hours to take a shower... really, I didn't come to Istanbul to spend my day running after a shower !
And by the way, the price is different if you pay cash or by card.
So they don't pay the government the taxes!
PLEASE, DON'T GO.

firstable bathroom was dirty and old. first night we slept without electricity in the dark. there was no care about the rooms especially bathroom as i said in the beginning..

The worst place to stay in.
rooms are not clean, there is no breakfast, the elevator doesn't work, the electricity get cut 3 times within an hour!
We stayed there for 1 night and we had electricity only for 2 hours in total!!
We asked them to either fix the problem or to give our money back. They offered us that they can send us to other hotel so we can take shower in !!

I stayed here on 25 November 2023 in Room 504. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and cheerful hotel to stay in Fatih… all of the staff members from the front desk, kitchen staff, and cleaner they were all super friendly to me. My stay was for one night but I wish I stayed longer. Thank you white palace hotel for your excellent service

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The lady at the reception didn't prepare the 3 rooms that I reserved and paid their value through a booking app. Moreover, she canceled the first day claiming that she thought I was not going to come. (My booking is for 2 days, and paid fully, how come?). Needless to mention how irrespectful and argumentative she was. The hotel location is in the middle of a noisy market; beds and lavatories are not as they appeared in the pictures

The hotel waiting room is very nice but the front desk workers have very bad attitude Seems a bit racist to me they treat you like someone who staying for free when you paid money they need to work on customer service skills this entire area is bad the location isn’t good to busy
I literally witnessed the from desk guy yelling at a old lady and cursing her out all because she wanted to get her room cleaned they had a little fight and lady’s son told the front desk guy to not disrespect his mother but the work was still cursing her out what a bad customer service be aware the afternoon and night works got issues they all need to be fired based on my what I witnessed how ever if you do decide to book this hotel just book it for one or two days and not a whole week so that you can leave

Very bad hotel... I called them and made a reservation but phone and they said the price was 200 lira when I reached there they requested 300 and they didn't even made a reservation by my name

Staff have very limited English and ignore any issues you may have. Overall it is a very poor service.The Rooms were never cleaned throughout my stay and it was next to impossible to get towels replaced. After staying 2 nights I was changed to another room as no water was running in the taps, WC or shower. The second room I was full of bed bugs. I then immediately and was refused a refund for my remaining 4 nights despite both of my rooms being unfit for purpose.
