The area of improvement I would like to suggest for the hotel
1. **Lack of Basic Amenities**: Despite being a 4-star establishment, there was no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Additionally, no cups or glasses were provided. For hot water, guests are required to go to the lobby with their own flask.
2. **No Iron and Iron Board**: The room did not include an iron or ironing board, which are basic amenities typically expected in a hotel of this rating.
3. **Poor Air Conditioning**: The air conditioning system was not functioning properly. The room was not sufficiently cool, and adjusting the temperature on the monitor had no effect.
4. **Inaccurate Advertisements**: The facilities and equipment advertised on the hotel's website, particularly regarding the kettle and coffee/tea amenities, were not available in the room, leading to a significant discrepancy between expectations and reality.
Overall, the lack of basic amenities and the discrepancies between advertised features and actual room conditions were very disappointing.

A member of staff in lobby had been very friendly and nice. I was blown away by his willingness to help us with information regarding city, touristic locations as well as his pleasant service. Good job. His name is Önur.

Hotel had no air conditioning. We went to the lobby to ask if they could help and they told us to open the window but, there is a train that passes by every 5 minutes and it’s so loud. Every single night we slept sweating. The service was alright. They barely speak English. In the rooms there is no microwave and the TV’s are only Turkish channels the YouTube, Netflix, etc do not work and the WiFi in the hotel is horrible.

Very appealing hotel. To my surprise, staff were able to speak a little bit of English. Fantastic swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath available to residents.
The hair dryer was not working properly and blowing cold air. There was no iron and ironing board.

The hotel has a 5 star rating as shown on the front but was just about a 3 star. It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Limited choice for breakfast, apart from the eggs the other offerings were meager. Pastry was good. Lifts worked very well, not much waiting.

In a next time I would stay somewhere else.
Overall, it is still okay for a stay. In consideration of the price, it is not worth it.
Room:
- Hot water in the shower appears slightly brown
- bed table shows rim of a glass from the last guest
- Furniture in the room is in an old and not really inviting anymore
- AC works quite okay
- bed is comfortable
Staff:
- At check-in they charged different authorisation fees from credit card for my colleague and me even we had the same reservation amount. After confrontation they apologized. However this shattered my trust in the hotel.
- At checkout I dealt with a staff member not speaking English and the invoice was everything else than detailed. Had to struggle a bit to get an itemized statement.
- Spa and gym guy was just rude. Wants you to give you the feeling of not being welcome (I guess because guest means work for him)
Gym:
- All devices needed are basically there
- The floor is quite dirty. I was wondering why no one cleans it
Overall:
- Hotel lobby looks nice
- breakfast is okay
- Food is good

Terrible hotel, no air-conditioning provided, felt hot whole night.
Noisy environments because near to railway track.
Bad service of bellboy ,not helping guests to carry luggage to room, only help after our tour guide complained.
Not recommended.

Worst dining experience. First of all, you eat what they bring to you, no questions about allergies or preferences asked. I was also denied hot water/coffee and tea. Had to drink cold juice with dinner I didn’t even choose, very disappointing.
The hotel is pretty bad, the interior is outdated, safe lock doesn’t work. Power turns off by itself, leaving visitors in complete darkness. This place is a nightmare

Very big 4 star hotel with a very big convention hall. Big parking and i also saw a proper medical section other thean the usual restaurants, spa, starbux etc. I only went there as my son was appearing in one of the international exam centre. But overall i liked the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Feels little bit old. But Beautiful and very good breakfast and friendly stuff!
