Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and perfect location!

The rooms are super clean and exactly as expected, the staff will go above and beyond to make their guests happy, very friendly and helpful - everyone was absolutely amazing, however, my biggest gratitude goes to Elif from guest relations, who truly made our stay memorable together with the reception staff, room attendants, as well as the hotel technicians.
Buffet breakfast was delicious and with a great variety of food and beverages. Will truly miss it :)
The location is superb, very close to a tram stop, but also at a walkable distance from all the main attractions.

Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Solid hotel all around. The service is great, there's a nice pool and spa underneath, and a solid restaurant for dinner on the rooftop. The location is extremely convenient to catch the train to get most anywhere, and is easily within walking distance of most main tourist attractions.

The room might be slightly small (depending on your expectations given the size is described on their website), but honestly we were spending so much time in the city that we went straight to bed every night! Gem of a hotel for the area.

The stands out for me is the housekeeping was top notch like amazing the way they clean and how well they clean. Super comfortable beds 🛌.

The breakfasts are v v good amazing quality cocktails 🍸 very great in every way.

The staff are incredibly helpful and worked with us to schedule a shuttle to the airport for a 2 am flight. The rooms are small but we didn't need a lot of room, just a place to sleep in between exploring all the city has to offer. I would happily return to this hotel!

Location is very close to tram station and they guide you well for your stay in Istanbul.

Breakfast spread is good. I am a vegetarian so I had to struggle a bit, but that's fine. The restaurant offers a very good service and panoramic views of Istanbul.
Even if you miss to shop at grand bazar or anywhere else, the shops nearby do justice for your shopping needs.

Super hotel, kind people, nice rooms, clean sheets every other day or if you wish every day. Good food. Swimming pool. Walking distance from important sights, tram at the corner. Nice girl Elin who can give you interesting suggestions for things to do. Really recommend it.

The service here was excellent and its location perfect for the old city and the trams to explore further. The breakfast choice is excellent. We ate here twice in the evenings and the food was very good with good choice and friendly service. The views of the bosphorus are inspiring but the view of the Hagia Sophia was stunning and unique . The rooms are a good size for an inner city hotel. They have a reasonable mini bar, tea and coffee and water that's complimentary and a good hair dryer. We stayed for 4 nights and were very pleased with the hotel

The breakfast was Excellent there was a lot of variety and it was very tasty. The staff is very polite and the service is very good. The room were a bit small and hot as the air conditioning wasn’t working however the staff provided us with a fan which really helped. Hotel has a great location walking distance from the mosques. Had a great stay will definitely come back again.

The hotel is small and beautiful, located in a very distinctive area in Fatih. We were upgraded to a room at a very reasonable price in February. The hotel is lovely and peaceful, consisting of five floors and two underground floors. It has a restaurant on the sixth floor with a bit far view of the Bosphorus serving good meals. Breakfast is delicious and varied, with a wide variety of wonderful and very fresh pastries. The place is adjacent to Gülhane Park and is about a six-minute walk from Eminönü Port. It's very close, about a minute's walk, to a tram station that takes you to all the tourist areas you want, such as Taksim (requires another small metro), Galata Port, and Kabataş Port directly. I highly recommend trying the restaurant in the hotel, where lunch and dinner are served in a wonderful and very delicious way. We tried several dishes, and they are worth trying.

I didn't like the soundproofing in the rooms, as you can easily hear your neighbor's bathroom or the music from your neighbor's TV
