Hotel Yasmin

Honesty. I don't advise u to go to this hotel, especially with family. There is no respect

Pros: The location is great. Upon request, they provided one blanket (there was no more). There were towels. All attractions are nearby, there are good cafes and restaurants, shops. Not high up the mountain! The price is low.
Cons: there were no slippers in the room, only one hanger in the closet. Cleaning is of very poor quality. There was someone's old tea in the kettle; we didn't use it. On the second day of stay, there was no cleaning. If you cleaned the hotel well and solved the problem with the smell of sewage throughout the hotel, then it would increase in price much more and I would want to return to it. It's a shame that the place isn't being taken care of. The bed linen is old and of poor quality, the mattresses are without mattress covers and they are dirty. There is a smell of smoking in the rooms. Strong sewer smell in the bathroom. The drain in the bathroom was black with dirt, they cleaned it with a brush. We swam in beach shoes.

Such a horrible hotel. Though it looks decent from outside but inside such a filthy and not following proper hygiene standards. Disgusting smell and linens has not been changed since ages covered with full of bedbugs. I was with no lights for 1 night no way to contact the weird receptionist. Meanwhile, neighbouring hotels were offering compensation for their guests. I had no choice but to sleep as I was tired and I couldn’t put my phone on charge thanks to Yasmin Hotel my whole plans for the next day was ruined because as a tourist I needed my phone to see locations and maps.

Very dirty. Terribly dirty. They connected two beds as a double. They move in different directions when you sleep. There is trash and dust under the bed. Breakfast not included. The bedspreads are not washed after guests leave. The kettle is standing but there are no tea bags. They save on everything, but they take a lot of money.

Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolut horrible dirty hotel.

this hotel is complete garbage dirty rooms smell dirty sheets dirty duvets i would rate 0 the light bulb in the bathroom was right next to the shower where the hot water was flowing this is a very dangerous thing rate 000

Not sure why but all taxis refused to take me to this area. Managed to get there myself by public transport, arrived by 3.30pm. receptionist took my booking details and asked to take a seat and wait. An hour later another lady comes to say i will be staying at her hotel. Turned out they had double booked and had no room available. They wanted me to stay one day of my booking at the friend's hotel and then return to Yasmin the next day for my second night bookings. Ended up taking a refund. Complete waste of time and headache! The hotel looked disgusting so kind of glad they were double booked.

For your own health avoid this hotel.
I book via the internet, when I arrived there was only a small room with lots of rubbish, vomit and leftover food from previous guests on the floor. It smelled so awful that I was about to vomit and they did not want to offer me another room or clean the room. They said a cleaning lady would arrive in five hours and had to wait or come back in the afternoon.
The staff were terribly nasty and I had to book another hotel even though I already paid a week in advance.

Very dirty and small rooms, the personal had bad attitude, doesnt speak english and the breakfast is small croissant from another place. There were water coming through There windows when it rained. No towels. You cant pay with card and when you pay in turkish lira it come out much higher price. Wouldnt go there for another time.
