Good place to stay, good staff - helpful. The cleaning was often but the bathroom is not cleaned and room not vacuumed thoroughly every time. The rest is fine. Would be great if there was a place to put bathroom accessories, for example, there was nowhere to put a brush and toothpaste. if I am in Istanbul I will definitely come back here because of the good staff, garden and free teas

The rooms were clean when we arrived, and the hotel was located in the city centre, which was always handy. The hotel was cheap too!

Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in November 2024. The hotel location is good as its near the main attractions in Istanbul. However, the room itself had no window and was very tired and in need of modernising. The room was not cleaned at all during the stay. However, the day time staff member was helpful and provided new towels when we requested. I really disliked that there was an extremelyyy rusty cabinet in the bathroom, some holes in the bedsheets and also we were provided only ONE blanket (not even a duvet!) - it was soo cold; luckily they gave more blankets when we asked. There is no hair dryer or kettle in the room but there is a safe, fridge and wardrobe. There is hot and cold water available at reception. There are no breakfast facilities at the hotel - if you opt in for breakfast, you will have to attend a different hotel for it. This hotel is very basic and more like self service. If you are happy with a very basic hotel in decent location then it is fine. If you want anything more, book elsewhere.

The room was neat and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ideal place, everything is available in walking distance.I really enjoyed being there.

i came here on January 26, 2024 my mom booked the wrong date, but the owner/the manager help us to reach out booking.com to fix the date and keep us stayed here when we arrived. The staff is humble, kind, and very helpful! The hotel is very close to everything. a lot of restaurant near here. The room is tidy, the room heater also works

I came from Albania to visit Istanbul. I stayed three nights in this hotel, which was very close to Sultan Ahmet. A quiet, clean hotel and very clean air. I saw from the hotel terrace a beauty from the sea and an old and beautiful neighborhood of Istanbul. I felt very good and the hotel staff was very good and ready to help. I will also suggest this hotel to my friends.

I just stayed there 1 night they charged me for 8 nights. Over $500. I requested my refund but they always say tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow until you leave country. No manager no boss but all idiots in there. I am sure no body responds my comment.

Rooms were nice and clean but the toilets were not, mouldy and smelly. For the price was alright.
Service was definitely lacking, they were rude at reception with no energy to help.
Location was ok, close to the main mosques about 15 min walk.
Would still recommend for a short weekend at Istanbul.

I spent my last night in Istanbul in this hotel. The hotel is not bad for such price. I booked studio type with 2 bedrooms, small pantry, and 1 bathroom. The rooms were spacios, the beds were comfortable. The toilet was clean and the water heater worked perfectly. The main room was equipped with TV. There was no electric water kettle but I asked the reception and they gave one. The staff were really helpful, we even dropped our luggages early in the morning before actually checking in in the afternoon.
