Hotel price was 1000 Lira for each night 2 people, Hotel location was good , And they had delicious breakfast And the most important thing which I liked about this hotel, that staff were so friendly and hospitality . Recommended.

It was very affordable, and just one block from the shopping district and less than a block from the agora ruins. The workers are very nice. The hotel isn't dirty, but every piece of furniture in my room was in disrepair. Even my window was broken. The air conditioner took a long time to cool the small room down. It was quiet and I slept well.

Basically, you got what you paid. The staff was so friendly, Breakfast was decent, but the location was horrible in the middle of the local market (wouldn't recommend to overseas travelers) The room was too small, there was no room to place luggage as well as the bathroom was dirty and had mold and broken shower doors. It's a busy neighborhood with lots of food stall type of restaurants, barber shops and food stalls. It has a lot of character and local flavor. Person a the reception was unbelievable polite, everything went smooth. My room was ready before check in. Room itself was clean and quite cozy. In the are you some few cafes, groceries, recreational park and transport hub (suburban rail and metro).

The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. There is AC and an elevator for rooms at higher floors. The staff is super friendly, Mr. Mustafa has helped us a lot while there and the lady who works in the kitchen is also very nice! Good value for money. Centrally located with nice staff. Unfortunately it does need a renovation and the rooms are quite dirty, but for the price and a short stay it's good.

For 1 night is ok. The hotel is old and so its furniture, smell and canalization. The cleaning could be better. The breakfast could be better. The location is near to the bazaar and center. Metro and train nearby.

The bathroom is really dirty and smells like mold after the shower. Otherwise, the staff is very nice and helpful, the location is good (the bazaar is on the other side of the road). There is a huge lemon tree in the courtyyard.

If you want a modern luxury hotel with new fixtures and fittings then avoid. If you want a cheap historical hotel with a cool courtyard and comfortable beds in a great position in Izmir then book here. The twin beds room was ok. Good breakfast. Non-stop reception service offered by very kind men. There is also a cool and relaxing "hidden" garden. Parking place is just 150 m away.

As written in the comments the rooms were not filthy. You feel like at home. They are very caring and do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is hearty and good. We will prefer this place in our other holiday plans. Thank you for everything.

We are on the 2nd day of our 4-day holiday, I wish I could give 10 stars even if it was 10. We came with my wife afraid because of the comments, but we decided to spend our honeymoon here. Great hotel. We always stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the owner of the hotel is very responsible, there is no breakfast, but there are inexpensive cafes nearby where they cook delicious food. At the reception, you just need to warn them to clean the room and everything is cleaned by your arrival. I recommend to everyone for an inexpensive price an excellent hotel👍

I stayed at this hotel twice, the cleanliness was okay. But more attention needs to be paid to the guests. There was no breakfast, yes, it can be a small hotel, at least it must have an apartheid service.

Electricity and plumbing require maintenance. it can be a better hotel with simple interventions. some lamps are not working. some water drains are blocked. cleaning is good. nice if they use germicidal hygienic cleaning chemicals.

Great location and nice room..the only problem was walking up 4 stories to get to the room.. The room was clean and spacious but unfortunately there was black mould around the bathtub and you could smell it, so we didn't use it

Stayed 9 days there. The room was affordable and the service was 5 stars. He helped with anything we needed and we were even able to get our laundry done too. He even stayed up till 1am to make sure our taxi arrived.
