Hotel price was 1000 Lira for each night 2 people,
Hotel location was good ,
And they had delicious breakfast
And the most important thing which I liked about this hotel, that staff were so friendly and hospitality .

Breakfast was the only good part of my stay.
This hotel is infested with mold. Based on conversation with the individual at the check in desk the owner of this place does not care to clean/upgrade anything. Was also implied this is not a place for women to be by themselves. Also very loud street noise in the middle of the night even though it’s in the middle of nowhere.

This hotel is a real disaster
This is not really called a hotel
While I was very tired, I reached this house of terror in the evening and I had to stay here for one night
I don't know what to say that everything was a disaster
The location of the hotel is in the slums of Izmir and the alley is full of criminals, drug addicts and homeless people, so that you can be killed for a coin.
The view of the hotel is towards the slums
When you enter the hotel, you will be suffocated by the combination of the smell of sewage, damp, mold and drug use
You can't sleep until the morning because of the noise of homeless people and criminals
You definitely can't go back to the hotel after dark because the street is very unsafe
The hotel is full of bedbugs, cockroaches and insects, to the extent that my entire trip was ruined due to bedbug bites, and all the time I returned from the trip, I was treating bedbug bites and blisters.
The hotel bathroom is full of feces
Yellow and dirty everywhere
The doors of the rooms are broken and the locks are broken. At night, I pushed the closet behind the door in order to sleep
I had booked this hotel for 4 nights and slept only one night and left there tomorrow with bed bug bites burning from the tip of my feet to the top of my head.
I asked them to refund me at least the money for the nights I didn't stay, but they didn't do that either
They did not return even a single rial even though I followed up a lot
I priced several hotels in that area and went to another hotel for the next few nights
And the price of this hotel is very high for its condition
In the end, I paid 4 times the money for the bed bug bites, sewage smell and other problems

It was very affordable, and just one block from the shopping district and less than a block from the agora ruins. The workers are very nice. The hotel isn't dirty, but every piece of furniture in my room was in disrepair. Even my window was broken. The air conditioner took a long time to cool the small room down. It was quiet and I slept well.

Basically, you got what you paid. The staff was so friendly, Breakfast was decent, but the location was horrible in the middle of the local market (wouldn't recommend to overseas travelers)
The room was too small, there was no room to place luggage as well as the bathroom was dirty and had mold and broken shower doors. A medium-sized refrigerator & unnecessary dresser took an additional space

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. You can see that it has a great deal of possibility it just needs a little polish. The staff is great. They are always happy to help. Everything was clean but some things in the rooms were in disrepair. With a little bit of work I would give this place five stars. While the hotel is located in the tight streets of İzmir. They do have parking available which is hard to find in city hotels under four stars. It is important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator so if you have a disability this might not be the hotel for you.

It's a busy neighborhood with lots of food stall type of restaurants, barber shops and food stalls. It has a lot of character and local flavor. For the price you should not expect fancy and trust me it is now. However the sheets and towels are clean and the free breakfast is reasonable. Many people say the area is not safe. I felt totally comfortable but was never out extremely late. Will stay here again someday. Also only 5 minutes walk to the train station.

Incredible customer service. They gave us free snacks and drinks. The AC was great, and breakfast was amazing every morning. It was truly a fantastic place to stay

The staff was so very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean with great AC. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning. This hotel is great for large groups as well.
