Bulvar Hotel

Room smelled of smoke, sink needed unblocked. Interior and rooms were outdated.

The day staff at reception take a long time to even acknowledge you, and take a very long time bringing your car around. They didn't even label my car key with my room number and had it mixed up with another key!

The worst part of the experience was when checking out, they asked if I had used anything from the mini bar, which I replied I had not. After checking me out, they told me to not to leave until they checked my room, first I've ever come across this at any hotel. They tried to charge me for a can of Cola which they had seen in the bin. The can was from my Domino's order which they could see from the packaging, the can was also a different design from the one's in the mini bar which still had the original cans of Cola from checking in. Such audacity!

The breakfast is not bad and location is very ideal. However, there are cheaper and better hotels in the area with much better service.

Dishonest and Unhelpful – A Terrible Experience

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this hotel. I had to cancel my trip due to a massive fire in Izmir, and I never even checked in. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund my money, falsely claiming that I had checked in. This is an outright lie—I didn't even show up!

Their refusal to acknowledge the situation and issue a refund is completely unacceptable. The fact that they are trying to charge me for a stay that never happened shows a complete lack of integrity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for honest and reliable service, look elsewhere. This hotel has proven they don't care about their customers at all.

Overall experience was not up to par unfortunately was far from satisfactory hygiene standards were shockingly poor and the atmosphere within the hotel was far from welcoming the behavior of some guests was disrespectful contributing to a negative ambiance overall. The location is undoubtedly convenient I would strongly advise exploring other options.

Worst hotel I've ever been to, ever. Dirty bathroom, french fries on the floor of my reserved room, dirty dirty dirty, and the smell of oil at all times 24/7. Avoid at all costs if you care at all about hygiene. Also less important, but the rooms are genuinely just ugly and nothing as advertised.
