Clean rooms. Good service. City center. Liked the breakfast very much.

Nice hotel. We had a family suite with a mini sauna in the bathroom. Spacious. On the same floor there is a lounge with a coffee machine and tea. View of the railway, but sat with a buzz The location is not bad. Dishes without pretensions. The staff is attentive and courteous.

Cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts with a variety, beautiful design of the entire hotel. Willing to return again.

Service was great! Zero issues with anything! Location was perfect within the city. A great value overall! I would recommend this place if you're in Izmir

Long wait time, uncoordinated reception, reception understaffed. People cutting in line constantly. Can not recommend for business travel.
Emergency exits are well marked and opened to the outside.
Room is OK. Safety deposit box not attached to anything, so it is no use.
Parking situation subobtimal.

At the heart of İzmir it's easy to access everywhere. Rooms are perfect to clean and the breakfast is the rich. It's good for staying 3-4 days. The only missing thing is the pool but it's rare to see at city hotels.

the staff is unfortunatelly not very interested in guests and not very friendly.
The breakfast is quiet good, you have to be carefull of breads (they could be sometimes not fresh). And in summer I would expect more fruits.

Good location near etro station and international fair in the heart of the city. Hotel is clean and personel very friendly and helpful
