A particularly unpleasant incident occurred at check-in: although I presented my passport and repeatedly explained that the other passports were safely stored in the suitcase and that I would of course provide them later, the receptionist insisted that I open my luggage immediately and in front of everyone in the lobby. This felt extremely disrespectful and intrusive regarding our personal belongings.
Overall, the cleanliness was fine, but the suite did not meet expectations, and the check-in experience left a very negative impression.
Recommendation:
Be more transparent about the actual room size and provide staff with training on discretion and respectful guest handling.
But their rules was rediculous, i kindly asked if i can pay half an hours late, front desk said ok, But their manager saying no payment no entering.
-Over all staff was good with smile on their face and going extra step to help. Breakfast was good.
-Centrally located. Having taxi station by the hotel helped a lot.
End conclusion; we’ll go again and we recommend.
