Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The location is perfect. It is in an alley but right next to it is the main street with Metro( subway) nearby. The breakfast was ok. I would definitely go back since I felt completely safe in the neighborhood and I enjoyed my stay. It is a perfect value for the money.

The room was Not good cleaned. The smell in the room from the Toilette was horrible. Location is ok. Receptionst top!

This place is great value for money. The location is in the electronics quarter and is close to shops, restaurants, markets, the sea, and is 10 minutes by foot from Basmane. Breakfast is decent. Some people may find the walls thin but it didn't bother us.

This hotel cancelled my booking when I was at the airport.
I reserved through booking.com and my reservasion confirmed. I gave my bank card details and they had to make transaction until I go there. Although they had a week to make it, hotel tried to do transaction on the last day. My bank froze it for security concerns. I directly wrote them message on booking.com, but they did not respond any of my messages.
Moreover, hotel tried to charge me 4 euros more. I do not think it is exchange issue and I wonder how booking.com allowed it. I checked booking for 2 days later and it was the price they tried to take. However, I booked it cheaper.
At the end, the hotel did not respond to me and cancelled my reservation when I am about to take my flight. Now, I booked another hotel in hurry with more expensive price.
Do not let it happen to you and select another hotel to have peace in mind.

The hotel is older, but the rooms are nice. Air conditioning works perfectly. There is a 24/7 reception, staff was nice. Everything is 15 minutes walking distance.very good price ratio.
The hotel is in a local area, people are trading and selling stuff (mainly to each other and not to the tourists). They unfortunately leave a little rubbish behind.

Everything was quite nice and staff was lovely who always helped with any questions you had. I would stay again. Very central location

The man at reception was unprofessional and unhelpful and for that reason I felt uncomfortable in my stay. The rest of staff were nice including the restaurant staff. Extremely noisy outside though. We move to a different close by hotel called Helen inn and had a much more pleasant experience

Good points: 1.great location, 2.good breakfast
Bad points: 1.they don't do room service routinely when you put the card behind the door and every single days you should call the reception ( we were there for 7 days) ,2.there is an electric kettle in the room and before I choose the hotel check this option, but they say tea and coffee and water is offer just for once and the other days not, I suggest to the manager that really it doesn't that much cost...and appreciate your good location and don't ruin it by bad service

This hotel deserves to be recommended! The location is good, very near a metro station (although the metro workers have a strike during my stay) and center. I stay in a single room, it is clean. The toilet is a bit small, especially the washbasin is too small that it is impossible NOT letting water spit outside. Well, it is a single room, so the space is half of double room. It will be great if the price is also half :)

Overall it is a good Hotel and affordable. However, be careful when you eat and drink things in the fridge. You will be charged a fee when you leave.
