Tempo Residence Comfort Izmir in Izmir

They had beautiful suites with a small kitchen. Rooms were very neat and well maintained Reception staffs were very polite and even shared a lot of information about the city. Breakfast was on time served to the room as per our requirement

It is so nice place , good location, near underground and it is nice for families
The breakfast system is organised but it needs little enhancement
The place is clean and staff members are supportive

The room is large, the service is very good, the environment is average, and the breakfast is average.

We stayed only one night in this hotel, arriving very late, but we had the opportunity to appreciate the size of the room (a tastefully furnished mini-apartment) and the very refined furnishings. A really comfortable place to stay and relax. In the morning breakfast is brought to your room. The apartment is a little out of the center, on a busy street, but that was fine for us as we were passing through.

Lovely spacious rooms with kitchenette microwave washing machine. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast delivered to your room Every morning. Rooms are bit dated but very clean which is most important. Service is excellent and staff really nice. Good value. Surrounding area is residential so if you are looking for a view from balcony like a beach or green scenery might not be for you.But very central and easy access to public transport and taxis.

Great price/performance with very clean rooms. Immaculately clean despite hotel being a bit dated. Lots of renovation done clearly for the bathrooms. Great service during our stay. Courteous and helpful staff. They had washing machine as well. We were able to wash couple of items. Good breakfast is served in the room.

The hotel was very nice and value for money . The room was very comfort with a double size bed, wash machine, air codition, fridge, etc. The staff was very helpfull and welcoming. The only negative is the Area but there was security 24/7 from the staff and security cams.

I've stayed here many times when visiting Izmir in groups of females and never felt unsafe.

ROOM:
Rooms were immaculately clean and we were fortunate to have connecting rooms which made the stay much more enjoyable. Kitchen fully equipped and staff were very kind and topped up our amenities including mineral water daily. If we didn't have a particular item such a bottle of milk, the staff would turn up with it in no time.
The rooms have a separate bedroom entrance and door (I believe this building was supposed to be used for apartments originally) and this really helped get some privacy and a good nights sleep. Bedding was super comfy and the shower was very modern with great pressure.
Great views of the city especially at sunset with the prayer sounds.

HOTEL:
The hotel was very clean and we all felt very secure. This is partly due to having to pass security at reception whenever we entered or exited the hotel. The staff make a great effort to develop a relation and make sure your needs are met.
In fact, the manager of the hotel was very kind by making a sudden change to his schedule and taking us around the Konak area to find a specific item I was looking for and he gave great advice about moving around in Turkey amongst the residents. I appreciate all the efforts of the staff working here, they are very friendly and hospitable and speak English with no problems.

SURROUNDINGS:
The night life is active here and whilst there are some reviews regarding safety in the area, we never encountered any problems.
We would usually walk to the pier/ market and from there take a short taxi ride sometimes to the more modern shops such as Zara, Mango etc.
If you are looking for a shopping mall, I recommend Agora Shopping Centre which has some lovely places to eat and a nice chocolate shop with amazing gelato ice-cream. Other great shopping centres include Forum Bornova (romantic and great shops for ladies) and Optimum.

There is a currency exchange office nearby the hotel (ten min walk) which we used to exchange pounds/euros on a daily basis.

OVERALL:
Great, safe hotel with all amenities provided and spacious rooms. I always consider this hotel when booking a stay in Izmir.
