We spent a very beautiful week in this hotel! Everything was just excellent- the room, the food in the restaurant, the staff and service. Special thanks to the cleaners, who was changing towels, bedsheets every day. Hotel is spot clean. The musical events have been organized in the bar of the hotel, where everyone could take a part. In the cellar floor there is a nice SPA center, where one can get a quality massage. We will recommend the hotel to all our friends and relatives.

I don’t think this hotel is 5 stars status worthy at all, more like 3.5. I would stay there again. Especially for the exorbitant prices they are charging. Not worth it.

(Winter holiday) .. All inclusive hotel drinks are not all inclusive best drinks cost extra Air-conditioning in rooms is heating only because it's winter season. (you should have got full control for your self in rooms but the reception as blocked it from your room. The air conditioning) just like the T. V channels you only get news channels... Otherwise good hotel and clean

A truly fantastic hotel.
The rooms are modern, clean and bright and while there is no view, the room itself is comfortable and has a premium feel. I lowered my expectations for an economy room but wow it was great with a large comfy bed, with pillow options and lots of space.
Great food and friendly staff.
The only let downs were the lack of seating in the evening (perhaps due to the winter?) and there was not enough space to sit for meals on occasion so we had to wander around looking for space.
The food and drink made up for this!
Overall, you won't be disappointed but leave feeling relaxed and content.

We are a group of 15 people who had an Art and Yoga course for 1 week in the hotel premises. A first class hotel with fantastic service and truly a five star kitchen. The staff in the restaurant are so service oriented and baked a cake and congratulated our Yoga teacher on her birthday as well as a big delicious cake with a photo of our whole group on the closing evening! absolutely incredible! we are so happy and satisfied. We will be back!

Following a recent stay at your hotel I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of my experience. This experience fell far short of the expectations one should have of a five-star establishment.
During our stay, one of our party suffered from food poisoning, resulting in two days of severe vomiting. Upon consulting recent reviews, it appears that this is a recurring issue.
The lack of any apology or acknowledgement of this issue from the hotel is deeply disappointing. A simple apology and the assurance that the matter would be investigated would have been appropriate.
I would like to acknowledge the kindness, helpfulness and hard work of the cleaning staff. They were a positive exception in our experience.

To be really honest, I can't believe this is a 5 star hotel. One of us got food poisening (two days of vomating all day long..). When I check the recent reviews, we were not the only one.
No excuse from the hotel, nothing at all. They just don't care. The reception people reacted really rude.
Is it so hard to only say you're sorry and will check what's wrong?
The reception people are very rude (expect the younger boy that is at the reception at night, very friendly boy!)
The cleaning ladies though are very kind, friendly and hardworking.

Among the absolute best hotels I ever stayed at. It feels like home away from home. The cleanliness, the rooms, not to talk about the food, after a month stay we were not tired of the fabulous food. When does that ever happened in a hotel with hotel food?? Never.. except from here.
The staff is amazing and not forget about the spa and the therapists there. They have such a high standard and are professionals. I've run a spa myself for 2 decades so I know when a therapist is well trained and make a splendid job and they do.
We have stayed here several times and we recommend everyone this hotel in Alanya. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was amazing; the ocean, the pool, the weather, the bars, the food, and the staff was so nice and helpful in all situations. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. It was always easy to find fee chairs on the beach and by the pool, although there were a few people playing the "dibs" game marking with towels, books etc. The buffé was large and varied with a bit of a different theme from day to day. I can really recommend this place.

We had a great time with my wife early July in this hotel (2 nights/3 days). The staff, the service, the food were excellent. Highly recommend. And just so you know the hotel is for adults only.
