It was wonderful and unforgettable vacation in this place. Alva Donna World Palace is a lovely hotel for the whole family with excellent service and staff. Especially I can highlight the animation team

very nice very happy PLACE THEY only speak turkish and russian This is a problem if you are italian It would be enough if someone spoke English The sea is wonderful A lot of restaurant, bar, bakery and foood 24/7 I hope to come back every year

Rooms require renovation, but the condition is still satisfactory. All other signs: food, entertainment, and location are excellent. Swimming pools clean and tidy

For me as a smoker - this place was great because nobody is bothered by the fact one smokes and ensures to provide ashtrays, vases or trashbins. You can both smoke by the pools or in the dining area, cafés or restaurants

Lovely hotel, beautiful, well-groomed territory. Delicious food, for every taste. We stayed when the hotel was full, but it was very spacious and comfortable. There were always free tables, sunbeds, etc

For the first 2 days there was a little bit rain but in all for a 7 days stay the weather was good. You have beach bar and also snack bar that right at the beach. The food was really good and delicious

The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to commute to Kemer (40 Turkish lira one way)

The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, catering to different tastes

The first language you are talked to here is russian. Probably most of visitors are from countries which use this language. There were no problem to communicate with hotel stuff on Ukrainian and English though

A few days ago I returned from a holiday trip in Turkey at the Kimeros Park Holyday Village Hotel. Loved everything from arrival to departure. The territory of the hotel is large, planted with palm and pine trees

I chose a 1-hour full body massage and already after the first massage I realized that I would come back here again and I happily went to massages all the rest of the vacation days 😁

We were in the Kemer area for the second time because we were captivated by the local mountains. The entire resort is located in a large well-maintained garden full of mature trees, so there is plenty of shade everywhere

Very nice and attentive service staff. The food is delicious and varied. Really big and varied selection of alcohol and cocktails. The DAPHNE SPA & WELLNESS center is located on the hotel territory

At first we had a problem with slow Wi-fi, but it was solved by restarting my phone. Our vacation was good, we enjoyed especially good food and a nice warm sea.

I also want to thank the spa staff and especially the massage therapist Timur-Eyup for their high professionalism. Overall, thank you for creating a cozy atmosphere in the hotel and a wonderful vacation

The sea was wonderful, food and beverage services were very good. The heated water park was fun. The room and its view were excellent, the cleanliness was at 5 star level

Common areas- restaurants and bars, beach and pool area- have new very modern and stylish furniture (plenty of sunbeds everywhere!!!); as well as it has beautiful glassware and tableware in restaurant (which is rare in turkish all inclusive hotels)

People who works here they work very well. The bar and waiters are very kind and friendly. I played volleyball everyday 2 times a day. I really enjoyed to play volleyball here

This hotel is very good for families. They have waterpark and little zoo on the way to the beach. Nice view from rooms on the mountains. Only few blocks to the shopping malls, restaurants and souvenir stores.

Thank you Maxx Royal! This is our 4th year visit and each year everything gets better 🎉 The only downside of this year was the entertainment! The shows were so boring and were very similar almost every day! I believe this needs to be fixed for future!

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

Only downside, it was bloody hot in August but would defo go back after August or in May or June

  Upon reflection and hearing other guests complaining about the same thing, I believe they are selling double rooms to families which are too small and not suitable then trying to upsell My second complaint is that the service was patchy

Some of it was great such as never having to wait at the bar but the restaurants were a different story.   Some days great but other days we were not offered a drink, had to go get knives and forks from other tables

An amazing place for relaxation, having a romantic vacation and to spend a quality time with family. You won't be bored nor find anything to complain about. I really loved being a guest in this hotel.

We liked the services - staff was nice and friendly even tho most didn't speak English- for me it's quite unacceptable but at some point understandable ( Russian tourists are around 90% here so this is the main language)

Although I strongly recommend to reserve a place early at the morning since a lot of people prefer to stay on the platform and if you come after 8am there won't be any places available

The gardens are beautiful and really taken care of- green all around you and perfect for a walk. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing - especially from the platform in the sea

Among the miniclub staff, the children made a friend in Turkey, Miss Buket, so sweet and loving with children. She does more for them than her job there, she dedicates herself entirely to the children

We have just finished our stay, family with 2 children. The children were delighted with the mini club staff, very friendly and attentive to children

Both one room and then the other room were very nice and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was varied and tasty. The beach is relatively close and the hotel has reserved sunbeds and umbrellas there

While the buffet offers a good variety, I would recommend dining at the à la carte restaurants for higher quality, freshly prepared meals. And going to the Jazz bar for cocktails, they drinks are well made there

The evening shows were also a highlight. One suggestion for improvement: we had difficulty getting reservations at some of the restaurants, even when trying to book 2-3 days in advance

It would be great to have more reservation slots available. Also, having a bit more variety in the daily activities or switching things up would add to the experience

Checking in is incredibly easy and you won't have an issue with language barriers considering they all know multiple. The building itself is beautiful architecturally speaking and extremely clean and maintained
