Location: 75 km from Antalya airport, 15 km from side, 13 km from Manavgat p., p. Kyzylach.
Consists of one main building (there are 7 elevators), a complex of buildings of the Lake Houses (23-storey building), located in the center of the territory and an additional building (3-story, 2 Elevator), located behind the main building (500 metres).
Total area: 117 000 m2.
All 1030 guest rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 340 m.
Food. Ultra All Inclusive
Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, late dinner, sandwich buffet 01:00 and 07:00. During the day, open sandwich buffet, tent with Turkish bread gozleme offers pizza, bagels, potato dish, fruits, ice cream, tea, coffee, cakes-pastry (part time). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic local drinks and some imported drinks – free of charge. Some drinks of import manufacture - for a fee.

Wonderful service and welcome staff
Unfortunately in October all (even kids‼️‼️) swimming pools were with cold water 😳😳😳
No activities :/ maybe just in summer
Perfect place for kids 😍 - 2 kids clubs, a lot of activities.
The bad thing - was a lot of drunk people..and security didn’t react 😳 my mom was alone with a small kid and didn’t get any help on the beach in front of security 😡 good man from Russia helped☀️ , but it was not his work.
We paid around 1400 per person and during October it was too much :/ maybe in a high season there are better
Few remarks can be done but for the size of the hotel and amount of the staff, they are doing good job.
We had issue with their booking system and overbooked rooms but it was solved promptly!
Rooms are wide, cleaned and tidy up daily. Complimentary drinks in the fridge are restock daily. Bed is fantastic!
Food - there is something for every taste.
Al a cart - don’t waste time on those.
If you fancy a good Cafe Latte or cappuccino - the Lobby bar is the only place to go.
Alcohol is local, very few cocktail taste as they should. In the lobby we noticed brands, but nowhere else. We gave up and chose beer mainly.
Ice cream by the scoop between 10 and 16:00 - best chocolate ice cream ever!
Playroom is a rip off. 10credits are 10€. Each game per person is 2 credits and it will last you like 1 to max 5min depends on the game. It goes fast. - that we highly recommend to be rethink.
Theatre/Evening shows were interesting.
Around the beach and the pool, often was hard to find free sun-beds. People throw towels before breakfast or even noticed that some are leaving them at night. Personal sometimes collect them before shift end.
And last but not least, do not forget to tip those hardworking people you have paid attention do a good job. 👏
The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was great and every night there was another theme.
They offer a variety of alcohol drinks and other beverages.
Will go back here next year also!
The animations for children were well organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious and varied, and the themed restaurants allowed us to try different cuisines from around the world.
The beach was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's proximity to the sea was a big plus for us.
This year we plan to return to Selectum Family Resort Side in a larger group, taking our grandparents with us. We are sure that the hotel will meet the expectations of all members of our family. We recommend it wholeheartedly!🤩
We stayed in the Lake House rooms, which were fantastic. The pools and aqua park are excellent and perfect for relaxation and fun.
The only thing that could be improved is the food. Although there is plenty of it, the selection doesn’t change much, so after a few days, it becomes monotonous.
Overall, the hotel is great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!
