Club Nena - All Inclusive Hotel

For undemanding clients, this hotel is sufficient. Hotel Club Nena is 5*, but it is more of an older type of 5* hotel, it is just maintained, nothing new. We were there with our family in May this year. Everything worked as it should, except for the sea pier, which was being repaired at the time, so it was not open. The beach was cleaned every day, clean. Every day they changed beach towels in the house by the garden, so there is no need to bring your own from home. Every day they cleaned the rooms, refilled the water, changed towels, mopped, and dusted. Unfortunately, the cleaning ladies did not understand English. The food was varied. Meat, especially the pork, was excellent, and fish. Lots of vegetables. Lots of sweet desserts, ice cream popsicles. A beautiful large garden. We were sokojeni, because we all relaxed by the sea and that was the main purpose. The wine is not much, but it was possible, the beer is good and there are also various lemonades, etc. The staff was smiling, pleasant. For undemanding clients with small children, I can recommend it, but adults will also find something for themselves.

We've never stayed at club nena and I'm in a wheelchair but let me tell this hotel was amazing, when we turned late the bell boys were out there to help us straight away, checked in and got WiFi password and made to our room which was disability friendly, the bell boys asked if we was hungry and we were so they showed us the night buffet. The bell boys were amazing and so helpful. The whole resort was amazing, we didn't want for anything, everything was so clean the pools were cleaned every single night, our room was cleaned daily and mini bar topped up. The manager always checked up on us daily. The food wasn't fantastic some days but there was always something to eat the variety was massive. The snack bars at 12.00 were brilliant. The drinks were flowing, beer, cocktails,wine soft drinks.we advise you go down to the vitamin bar at the beach as you will have to pay for this but the drinks were amazing. Overall the resort was second to none. Even the bazaar over the street were so friendly and helpful and you made friends. We used monzo card in lira never a problem. What a fantastic resort and we had a fantastic holiday and we made memories. The animation around the pool were so uplifting and got everyone going.there was a massive main pool, second pool relaxtion. Aqua park and children's pools. We never had to fight over sun loungers there was so many.the beach was lovely. Plenty of watersports and big playback on the beach for the kids.

For a cheap hotel during the April school holidays I believe this place was lovely. 13 of us went, 8 adults and 5 children. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy and a lovely man helped us take our bags to our room. Me, my husband and our daughter had a family room which meant that our daughter had her own bedroom. We are so glad we paid a little extra for this. The room was cleaned everyday and everyday we were given fresh towels which was lovely. Beds were comfy aswell. The only negatives were that our tea and coffee never got restocked which for us was annoying as we like a hot drink every night and every morning. Our shower was also leaking out of the top when it was on which caused water to squirt over the otherwise of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We just put a hand towel over the top though to stop it squirting. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! The other families we were with all loved their rooms to and said how nice and clean they were. The pool was absolutely freezing but that's due to the time of year. Literally nothing the hotel could do about that 😅 we still had fun and jumped in everyday. It was also very clean. We were always up early and saw the workers cleaning the pool every morning. As the hotel was so quiet we never had to rush for sunbeds and we always ended up getting the same beds everyday which was perfect for us. We also made the most of the water park most days and the slides were so fun! Perfect for all ages because there was also a kiddy pool for the really young children. Beware the white and orange slides are very very fast. I lost my bikini top at one point due to this 🤣 another great part about the pool is every single day you are given fresh pool towels! Beach was slightly disappointing as you will need shoes if you want to go into the sea as the stones were extremely painful on our feet. Also the beach bar for all inclusive only did soft drinks and beer unlike the pool bar which also did spirits. However if you didn't mind paying they have a different bar which wasn't included in the all inclusive. What I did like was that there was a little play ground in the middle of all the sun loungers and no one walking around trying to sell you things like other countries we've visited. Food wasn't awful. Always something for us all to eat and the salad options were always fresh. Always a meat, fish and chips available. I thoroughly enjoyed trying something different every night whether I liked it or not. Juices were to sweet for me as the only negative. Shops on site had loads of cheap clothing items. Sun lotion and pool floats were expensive so make sure you bring your own. However everything else was very good price. Entertainment staff were very nice and every morning at 10am they would walk around and invite everyone to join in in various games. Turns out I'm terrible at volleyball 🤣 they also ran kids club everyday which all the children loved. They made cookies one day, pirate party another

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful every time we stayed! Thumbs up to them!

Had a fabulous holiday here. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous food ,awesome pools and beach. Rooms are basic but very comfy. Would definitely go again. Staff are very amicable too. Wear beach shoes because the stones hurt your feet. Paragliding was amazing too.

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate. A lot of food to choose from (not for the night snack though). If you want some drinks other than beer or vodka with juice you need to pay extra but for that price of stay I think it's fair. There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too. In the evenings there are events like discos, dance or magic shows which were cool. Side is worth visiting but you need to take a taxi and it's quite pricey. Overall, nice people, clean, always something to do, a lot of food, nice green outdoor spaces, it's quiet so you can relax.
