We were in this hotel from 04/16 to 04/23/2019. I liked the hotel - it is small but very cozy. We stopped by on the 2nd day after opening. The service was incredible. All the staff are very friendly. We paid 100 percent attention to every guest. The hotel pools are wonderful. The administration always asked what was needed. Special thanks to the animation team - very unobtrusive and fun. Special thanks to the cooks - everything was very tasty, a lot of fruit. We will come again. I want to relax in this hotel again and again.

This property is under construction, so there are construction workers, and we found it inconvenient to move around the limited open space. They gave rooms in the neighboring home converted hotel rooms. So coming to the hotel facility was not smooth. Service quality was poor. I asked for toiletries multiple times, but they could not supply them till the end. They promised a welcome drink when we checked in in the hot and humid afternoon. But even that promise they conveniently forgot to keep. A bed sheet was stained, and I brought it to the notice of the manager. But chose to do nothing. The swimming pool, badminton court, and TT are the pluses. They showed premium room images but gave us deluxe rooms, which was disappointing. They insist on an upfront balance payment at the time of check-in. I found it professionally not a welcoming behavior when we are checking in with family members. During the night, there is no one on the property to listen to guests' urgent needs.

The best hotel I have stayed in Turkey. Clean, rooms of sufficient size, with a balcony, good food, a large selection of food, very friendly waiters. The hotel has its own beach strip, which is alternately sandy and rocky (depending on the tide). The water on the beach is clean. The beach and also by the pool have their own bar, which also offers meals and drinks. Nearby water sports center by the sea. If you wish, you can enjoy various attractions for a fee. 100% recommend and would definitely visit again.

I stayed in this hotel in September and i have to say its amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, everything was perfect! I really enjoyed staying here and i would stay again, the food was amazing, you can have anything you want at anytime, the beach was beautiful, the staff was really kind and always cheerfull, Mustafa who worked at the bar on the beach deserves 5 stars!

The stay was amazing, the host-welcome, the atmosphere, food, staff, and also the hygiene and safety of the entire hotel. The beach was calming, relaxing and very beautiful!
We are planning on spening our holidays always on the HEAVEN BEACH RESORT&SPA! We enjoyed it so much!

I'd be keen to give 4 stars but air conditioning doesn't work and it's really humid in the hotel room which isn't good at all when sleeping. Also there was no entertainment at all during our holidays, the only alternative to have some fun was to go to Manavgat City or Side, the bus there was super cheap though.
Otherwise it's a really nice hotel! Lovely beach in a walking distance, restaurant with great food, friendly service. I had a great time there but I'd not come back until they fix the air conditioning... 🤷♂️

If you are a vegan, vegetarian and have friend with a physical disability, I do not recommend this hotel at all. For others, it can be an interesting source of experience.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did!
Don’t look at the pictures they were posted years ago - this hotel is like Chernobyl

This hotel is great for both families and young couples. You can find silence or activity anytime you want.
Hasan Sevindi is managing the organisations and restaurant services. Each day he organise something different. Actually he is everywhere helping out other personals. I travelled almost all Side hotels, I didnt see a manager like him yet!
To conclude, Heaven Beach is one of the best price/performance ratio hotels with his great personals like Mr. Sevindi.
