Really nice place for families and couples as there is few swimming pools you can relax by main pool or stay with kids by the other with water slides. Well prepared for kids with plenty of entertainments including evenings. Tasty food and served non stop. Really friendly and helpful staff. There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free. It’s always saving space in your luggage. I can easily recommend stay in this hotel.

We stayed at the Palm Beach in May 2024 with our friends. From first arriving we were very impressed with the hotel staff who were very friendly,polite and helpful. The customer service team, especially Anya went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday ever. Our rooms were gorgeous with linen changed every day including the thick towels. The mini bar was always topped up with juices and water. The service staff in the bar were always helpful and cleaning tables then putting chairs back in place. The restaurant is large with lots of choice and also outside cooking. The pizza station was really nice and the jacket potatoes were too. If that wasn't enough choice there was the beach bar who served up tasty snacks eg burgers,wraps with spiced meat,salads and drinks. Although our ages ,66 to 81, wasn't a difficulty because the front door staff were always on hand to drive you in their buggies to where you wanted to be. It was brilliant,no walking if you didn't want to and was fun too. The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant. The a.la.carte restaurants were great and the fish one was free. All in all we loved our holiday,food,drinks and sunshine. I've read some of the other reviews and I don't agree all the bad info. I would love to stay here again,without hesitation. Thanks again Anya,see you soon.

Room which I had was not a child friendly especially for toddlers. There was any kind of lock on the front door so he easily could open it. Also, the balcony's fence was very dangerous for kids because of the big holes there. Room was not very clean even after 'cleaning'. We all had very dirty feet waking without any shoes on. The manager was no very kind for us (we are Polish and asked for an iron which they didn't give us).I had a feeling that Russian people are treated better than the other nations, especially on a main reception. What is more, we had a food poisoning. I guess it was because of meat so generally after that for the rest of the days we didn't eat anything there. In general hotel is all right because of the huge area itself, beach front, a lot of space for children for playing and a number of pools but I am not sure if I would recommend it or go back there in the future.

We are on family vacation here at the moment. If you want to spend your holiday waiting on queue for everything everywhere, this hotel is your place.

The food is not bad, but the buffet is very badly organised, there are no forks and knives, the staff does not speak English and it is hard to get what you need. This is not your hotel, if you are wine and coffee lover. Also, the alcohol is local and not good.

The environment and the gardens are well kept, but on the beach there are a lot of stones and is not suitable for children.

Definitely, we would not come back here ever again!

This resort has an excellent landscape architecture. Brilliantly maintained green fields with a lot of different plants, it's almost like a small botanic garden. Its a plaeasure walking between the houses and all these green fields while listening to the birds singing. Unfortunately this is the only thing corresponding to 5 stars. The rooms are just fine, they have some minor maintenance needs. Maybe true category would be 4 stars max. The worst, however , is the service level. At breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant there is a chronic shortage of cuttlery, bowls, cups and glasses. The staff, who barely can understand English, simply don't manage to take used plates, forks etc and wash them for next use. Washing is also not always done correctly - one can see remaining small spots from previous meals. Food is fine, but definitely not 5 stars , maybe 4 stars. The personnel at the different food places located the beach and pools work very slowly. Long queues everywhere. Either insufficient number of people employed, or just inefficiently working ppl there. And last but not least, there are street cats everywhere in the resort, even in the restaurant. Even though my family and I like cats, I don't believe cats should be walking around in the restaurant or in the lobby bar. The "best" service performance achieved by staff at this hotel was when in the early afternoon, just after our room was cleaned some minutes ago, I entered the room wishing to have an afternoon nap and found a street cat in my child's bet, next to his favourite teddy bear toy. There was fur everywhere. Yes, the cleaning ladies reacted fast and cleaned the room again, changed the bet sheets again. But this raises serious questions: what if we were allergic (thanks Got we are not), what if the cats have parasites such as fleas, for instance, or even worse what if the 🐈 is a carrier of some kind of disease. A service that allows such thing happen cannot be 5 stars. Definitely not! Surely we will not return!

A very nice hotel, very clean, the rooms are serviced every day! Unfortunately... the food is so repetitive!!!! 😔.

Overall, the hotel is very well-kept!. Just had a not to very happy experience... One of the reception boys ( they drive the electric "cars") for taking us to the beach ⛱️. He charged us €10.00... is just 3/4 mins walking...on top!! HE SHOULDN'T be charging any money at all...it was a free service 😠 😡 👿 (We didn't know, after a few days)

It’s a large place, there are lots of pools with people. A nice beach with good weather. There are parties all night and entertainment. Food buffet is great too. Free drinks all inclusive. Many activities too.

We chose this hotel for our stay last week, but unfortunately, our experience was not very satisfying.

One of the biggest disappointments at the hotel was the incredibly limited variety of food. It seems that when they hear the word 'dessert', they only think of cake and baklava because we didn't see any dairy desserts during our 4-day stay. Not even pudding! :))

Additionally, the restaurant area was seriously crowded. If you don't arrive within the first hour, finding a table is almost impossible, and if you come late, you might find the food offerings quite plundered. The rooms seem to be stuck in the 2000s. Our wardrobe door was broken, the hairdryer unfortunately didn't work, and there wasn't even a toilet paper holder. The most unpleasant surprise was the ants. Our bathroom was overrun by ants, and they had even made their way into our toothbrushes.

The only thing I was satisfied with at the hotel was the alcohol, and the staff was quite attentive. However, the animation shows were quite inadequate.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was not what we expected. I would recommend staying elsewhere for the same price for a better accommodation experience.

Our room was good but could have been cleaner in the bathroom. The food wasn‘t really that tasty and everyday they served the same food like there wasn‘t diversity. The pool was colder than the ocean which is not that nice. The baby pool was also very cold for babies it‘s too cold they might get ill. But there was also very much free food like u could ice cream everyday and drinks and some cool snacks. The shows weren‘t that great either nothing special, would be cool if they would have more interesting performances of every kind. All in all tho it was very a pretty hotel and made me feel comfortable. We had a lof of fun.
