Excellent hotel with a wide green area. The hotel has an excellent children's Playground, good animation, aquapark. Not far away is the village with cafes and shops. Recommend for active family holidays.

Consists of one 3-and one 2-storey Hotel buildings, sixty-one 2-and one 3-storey blocks Club and four 2-storey Villa Select.
The total area of 150 000 m2.
The hotel has 592 rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 300 m.
Food. All InclusiveBreakfast, lunch, dinner and late dinner. During the afternoon of sweets, desserts and snacks. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of local production - for free (from 10:00 to 00:30). Drinks provided for additional cost: all drinks after 00:30, drinks are imported.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed zero respect for the guests. The receptionists and general staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic people skills, making the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable throughout my stay.
The all-inclusive package was a complete disappointment. The food smelled bad, and I became sick from eating it, likely due to poor hygiene standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to be extremely cautious about the food quality – it’s simply unsafe.
On top of that, the location is far from everything, making it inconvenient for anyone looking to explore or enjoy the city. It added to the frustration of an already terrible experience.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, and it was clear that guest well-being was not a priority. This hotel completely ruined my experience in Antalya, and I regret choosing it for my holiday.
If you're looking for a pleasant stay, I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel. I will certainly never return.
the food was not good, so we ate a lot of pasta and fries. The cleaning of the rooms was also very disappointing this year. We came back to the room in the afternoon and our balcony door was completely open several times, so anyone could come into our room with all our belongings. The towels were also not replenished so I had to go to reception in my swimwear and only received our towels after half an hour.
Even when you are there, absolutely do not go to the market near the hotel. a carton of cigarettes cost 33 euros and a single pack of cigarettes cost 4.50 euros. Also when we confronted them we got a whole story and also that a carton of cigarettes was suddenly 35 euros.
this hotel is far from friendly if you catch them and confront them. My partner let himself go a bit just before departure because it was a pile-up of everything and there were immediately 7 men around him... I am pregnant by the way, so I wished I had a better last holiday together...
Rooms - not 5 star, I would say a 3 star sort of room. Tiny TV, old wardrobe, headboard old and dusty. The cleaning lady would come to clean but the dust was still there. One good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable and we could sleep fine. And the AC in working order.
Service - staff was nice and helpful. Food really bad. A lot of food and you could feel you had no choices. Fruit was food but that is it. Very rare there would be something different to eat. Breakfast ok.
Just because of really poor food quality I would not come back to Turkey. Some ladies making some pies around snack bar that were good. But a lot if money paid to eat rice at dinner. And desserts awful! Ice cream available sometimes or not free. Talk about all-inclusive.
Location - resort looks great, you have a lot of swimming pools, there is entertainment, looks good and clean.
Outside of resort not a good location.
Overall, dissatisffied. Would not recommend!
It's not a 5 star hotel.
Room and food are zero, it's the worst food that you ever tasted in Turkey.
In the room there is a bad smell all the time from the mold before.
There are some good activities for kids and the gardening is nice, but nothing more.
We are never going back and we feel bad how our vacation went here.
Services inside the hotel we are there to relax not to be hounded by the hair dressers, tattoe place and the massage place! Having feel asleep on the sun bed to be woken up by the hair dressers going excuse me lady would you like to get your hair done…
€9 for 2 ice creams is crazy!!!!

Honest review time.
Rooms a bit cozy but perfect for what is needed, clean , standard amenities. We were in the main hotel and our A/c worked fine, took a bit of time to work out as it cut out when closing the balcony door, however would then kick back in.
Pools - amazingly clean, saw them cleaned most mornings and the levels checked.
Entertainment team - one of the most hard working people i have met and always happy and chatty.
Food - Okay, a bit of everything that will cater for most including children.
Drinks - Okay selection, small glasses. Only downside was the amount of glasses we heard being smashed over our stay. I have been elsewhere in Turkey where they only serve drinks in the plastic cups around the pool area ( might be worth investing in ).
It was my daughters birthday and the hotel set up a table for breakfast with a cake and some treats in our room for her.
Would Recommend - Foam Party ( aqua park ), Beach party , gala night, etc.
About an hour and 15 mins from airport on an individual transfer.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
