Location: 75 km from Antalya airport, 8 km from the town of Manavgat, on the seashore.
Total area: 310 000 m2 (World of Sunrise).
Consists of one 4-storeyed case Main Building and fourteen 2-storey Club.
The hotel has 504 rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line. There is a pier. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels - free of charge. The length of the beach - 780 m.
Food. Ultra All Inclusive
Breakfast (open buffet), late Breakfast, gozleme, ice cream, lunch, snacks in the afternoon, tea hour, dinner, night snack, night Breakfast. Drinks included in the price: alcoholic and non-alcoholic local drinks and some imported drinks, fresh juice during Breakfast. Drinks are provided for extra charge: imported drinks Premium.

The room cleaning was poor and we experienced a couple of technical issues in the room, but we enjoyed the vacation.
The animation team were great, especially Kate at Sunrise who was really friendly. It was a shame that there were no midday pool games this year though.
The evening entertainment was good although the the musicians we’re all clearly miming. We’ve been to places with better evening entertainment but there has to be a compromise being that this place offers good value

What a resort.
You pay for one and enjoy 2, Starlight and Sunrise.
It's a place to go at least once in your life.
Price is 100 euros per person,all inclusive.
Wine of a great quality, food everywhere all the time, indoor outdoor pools, waterpark, beach, games, Bars...
Please visit once.
The staff is mainly speaking Russian more than 75%, Turkish around 50% and English under 5%, ai could only have a proper conversation with the spa ladies, one waiter and the guy from the hair saloon. Everyone else was not able to hold a conversation without Google translate.
Apart from the check-in desk and customer services + a couple of staff that were stationed at some booths - that need some extra customer satisfaction training, had no issues communicating (apart from the language barrier) - waiters were great, cleaning services as well.
Location is more than great, a lot of amenities, services and facilities. We enjoyed the sea, the pools and all the other stuff they provided.
Kid friendly 100%.
Food and drinks were as expected from a Turkish all-inclusive (they are famous for it). Beer and non-alcoholic drinks were ok but the rest - I only recommend cocktails.
Rooms : take into consideration that there are some discrepancies between the site, the hotel fact sheet and what you will possibly get there. We booked 3 Club Superior rooms only to find out that the Club Standard rooms were "upgraded" to Club Superior and guess what we got - the standard ones marketed as superior. No luck changing the rooms (by paying extra)as they were full (as expected) - as they insisted that we got what we paid for. As far as the actual room goes, there were a series of issues that would be fixed after raising them with them : sink clogged and faucet leaking, balcony door was not closing properly and had a 3cm gap(nor fixed), room was too close to the entrance/road+ the balcony door= a lot of noise and no proper cleaning was done before us - we had to change even the sheets as they were dirty.
And the cherry on top : in the first nigth, after having all the issues with the room - we got several power outages, culminating with the AC not working until 4am - great in-room sauna services.
