Palmin Hotel

We were a group of 14 people from Finland and Iran, staying for 4 nights at this hotel. The staff were truly excellent and very friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and each had a balcony. The hotel had two bars serving a wide variety of local and international drinks from 10 AM until midnight.

When it comes to food, the lunch menu changed almost every day, so it never felt repetitive. This hotel is a great choice for families and children. The only downside was that there was no lifeguard at the pool, so parents had to keep an eye on their kids while swimming.

Overall, it was definitely worth it. Even though it’s a 4-star hotel, the service felt like 5 stars. The massage services were also excellent and friendly.

Lost my room key. The couldn't have just made a new one. The master key for each room is in the safe, only the manager can access and then make a new key. Key being a card key, but apparently they can't issue a new key and hav.e the system update the door card reader. Very insecure. If you are an older adult or don't card for kids, stay somewhere else.

The family rooms at Palmin are great and such a treat to have two bedrooms. The pool is nice, the slides are on twice a day for 2 hours each time. Staff are friendly. Evening entertainment is terrible compared to other hotels we have been to but it actually encouraged us to get out the hotel more often in the evenings. The food was pretty good but very much the same each night - we were glad it offered more Turkish options but yes it got very boring. There was an incident one evening and the reception staff didn't handle it well in my opinion - trying to tell me I was wrong instead of taking the time to listen to me. We wouldn't come back but I also want to emphasize that it's a nice hotel.

Stayed at the Palmin for 7 days and had a great time hotel is very clean and has all the essentials. The bell boys and majority of bar staff are lovely some restaurant staff come across as rude but could be a language barrier thing. Food isn't amazing some nights you could struggle to find something you liked. When you tip the staff it appears you get much better service. The facilities are good - slides great for kids, spa has great options, however €8 to play 30 minutes of pool is ridiculous majority of places it's €1 for a whole game which it should be here!

Been going to this hotel for 11 years. My fifth time here and still love it. The slides are great. Loads of pool side activities. Delicious food and lovely staff that take care of everyone. The nighttime entertainment is hilarious and the rooms are always spotless. Can’t beat the poolside view.

We returned 3 days ago from an October half term holiday & none of us wanted to leave!! Absolutely wonderful time had by all. Family of 5, 2 adults & 3 kids (18, 16, 13yo).
I've gone into details below on specifics but overall I cannot fault this hotel. We would return in a heartbeat. The animation team work exceptionally hard, as do the waiting staff. All of them were friendly, happy, easy to chat to and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We left as friends and a want to return as soon as we could.
There is good coverage of sunny & shady spots throughout. We had exceptional weather for Oct. I imagine in the summer you'd need the ample shade. Slides were a great addition.

Just home from staying here for 11days ,and would highly recommend it..
All staff very helpful+friendly,they would go above+beyond you anyone.
The Animation Staff are fantastic with all kids,especially Sammy,absolutely great with all the kids..
Rooms are spotless+cleaning staff great.
Great selection of foods+drinks.
Entertainment from early morning-night is absolutely brilliant..
Cannot wait to return..

Best all inclusive we have ever been too.
Animation Team are just unbelievable from early morning til late night,gets everybody included in all water games/darts/step aerobics etc..
Sammy is one of the Animation Team he is just out of this world with all the kids&families...
All staff very friendly,and very helpful..
Hotel is spotlessly clean&rooms are great.

entertainment team amazing i enjoyed my time here lovely staff. always something to do and never left bored. comedy show was brilliant, never laughed so much! hotel clean our rooms got cleaned everyday drinks are so good definitely coming back

The hotel is very clean and lovely, the location is great and not far from the beach . The animation team are excellent and make sure everyone is involved. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the maids are very welcoming, bringing fresh towels everyday when needed. I would definitely come here again.
