Marbel Hotel by Palm Wings - All Inclusive

Just came back from turkey marbel hotel, the staff are amazing the reception staff, manager wasnt very welcoming at first but soon came out his shell when my husband and him were having banter over the football. The barstaff have also been wonderful fikyrie (hope i spelt right) was lovely and pleasant kadir and yasin were also very helpful!
Now comments on the food i aint fussy and will eat and try anything which i did first evening food was luke warm and bland, saw TUI rep the following day as breakfast was terrible too he spoke to hotel who turned temps up on hot plates the food temp was ok then there was an electrical fault on hot plates as it was cool again! Then once this was fixed the temp was great bland but better until a few evening later chicken wings on skewers ate 1 was fine went onto next one was a redish brown colour the third was bright red blood complete put off i made staff aware and then took photos then the cook came over and asked if there was a problem shown him he was apologetic and asked if wanted something else i said no, i then reported to tui and sent proof with photos i ate salad pretty much most of the 2weeks if you ask for fried eggs have them sunny side up because there snotty my hubby had been unwell for the past 3 days and others in the hotel! I have eaten out more on this all inclusive than i would usually
Everything else was fine as i said to staff and tui if people dont let them know they cant change it and if the food improves i would give 5 star review!! As that’s the only issue. Drinks are fine minimum selection but didn’t drink much as was too hot and didnt want to be dehydrated ans hungry!!
Over all the company we had and relationships with hotel staff was great food was poor we lived off salad and fruit and takeaway
