The hotel is very green, landscaped area. The rooms are small, simple, some rooms are completely refurbished in 2008, Friendly staff. Is enough activities for adults and children. I recently stayed at the Megasaray Hotel in Side, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with a smile. The variety and quality of the food at the hotel’s restaurants were impressive, with plenty of options to suit every taste.
The amenities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and well-maintained. Overall, the Megasaray Hotel provided a fantastic experience, blending luxury with excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Side.

We are completely satisfied with our stay! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff’s personal attention made us feel welcome, and the children’s zone was a fantastic highlight for our kids. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great place for relaxation. This all inclusive resort caters for everyone. The massage centre, food and the general ambience was great. The staff were very serviable. 5 stars. Cheers. The staff were funny and very helpful. Also, the gym was fantastic and provides a good environment for serious gym heads and body builders alike. The beach is also in close proximity and has all inclusive (free) drink and food service right on the shore. Would definitely come here again.

The hotel presents well on the surface, however the underlying issues are obvious., including customer success and cleanliness.
The management is unbelievably rude, and the customer service is non-existent. We found huge cockroaches in our room, and when we asked to be moved to a different room, the management refused, even though another room was available and more people were checking out. Initially, I was shown an alternative room, but after I mentioned I needed to discuss it with my family due to the lack of beds, this option was suddenly removed within ten minutes.
To make matters worse, they sprayed our room with chemicals while we were still inside, despite my concerns about health issues that would make it impossible for us to sleep there afterward. The hotel manager was extremely rude, even shouting at me in front of my children, saying, "I haven't bought the hotel, and he has other guests to look after."
He completely disregarded health issues I disclosed explaining that staying in the room that was sprayed with chemicals was not an option. His behaviour was unprofessional and threatening, and he kept changing his story, leaving us with nowhere to sleep.
In the end, we were left with no choice but to find another hotel at our own expense. The manager didn't care whether we slept in the lobby or went back to the contaminated room. This experience was beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

I will begin by saying this was such a beautiful hotel, in a brilliant location. The food was amazing. The entertainment was incredible and the activities that went on during the day time was so much fun. There was a great gym there which we used once, and a SPA which we unfortunately did not use but it looked very good inside when we looked around. There is also an on site Doctor and Hairdressers which we had our daughters hair braided. The rooms were very clean, modern and had options to request room cleans and do not disturb by this panel on the wall. The view of the sea was amazing. The fact you could also walk to the beach and have your own private section was amazing with one of the best kitted out beaches I have ever been to with snack shacks, a bar and restaurant. There were also toilets. There was always an opportunity to get a sun bed at the beach and also by the pools. The slides were so much fun and you have options of two big pools. There were shops close by the hotel for a nice walk. The staff spoke different languages well, including English, Russian, Turkish and Dutch.
I didnt want to start with the bad to overshadow the good, however when we first arrived (around 11pm) and were shown our room which was beautiful with one of the best balcony's we soon found out our balcony door would not shut, therefore we requested a room change since we had a 4 year old who was very active. The lady at reception was very understanding however explained they did not have another room as they were fully booked. I explained our safety is something that needs to be addressed 1)if our child was to go onto the balcony whilst we slept and 2)anybody could have broken in. We were moved to a room which was being renovated however it was safe for the night. The following day we were moved to another pool side view room and sent to guest relations to see if there was anything else which we needed to make our stay comfortable, however we were just happy how quickly they were able yo resolve the issues so rather than this being a problem I would say it all worked very well 👏

While the rooms may look good at first, there are some obvious flaws
the AC almost doesnt work (decreases the room temp. by 1 degree over 1 HOUR), and the bathroom towel and toilet paper holders were broken, but they have a free minibar and the bathroom admentities are great.
The staff in the hotel itself is great, but the reason why i am giving it 4 stars beacause the beach staff sometimes completely ignored us

It was an amazing experience. Food is great, staff is friendly. I would also like to thank the administrative team who guided all the staff in the right way.
(I would especially like to thank Ms. Eylul from the bar team for her excellent cocktails and friendly attitude.)
If I get the price performance ratio again, I will come again without hesitation.

We stayed in early September, having stayed before in the other hotel. And the difference is dramatic!
There are no tiding services in the room, not until you ask at least three times
Barely no light in the shower and they don't provide you with bar soap, although we specifically asked for this. Rooms look way older than a 5-star hotel should have.
And the most stressing thing about the lavatory: they have this kind of kids on the toilet that always tend to close themselves. No matter how hard you try.
Guests are mostly elderly Russians so it means, there is no way one can get into the elevators. And if you have a baby carriage you would have to wait a lot of time to get into one
The towels for the seashore are provided in a basement that is called a spa. And the elevator doesn't go there as well.
The shore is not properly taken care of. The staff don't care about the sunbeds at all
The child's playground and playroom doesn't have a toilet. And the nearest is at the restaurant.

the megasaray resort side hotel is a part of from heaven, a very beautiful hotel, good price, surrounded by beautiful trees, very high quality and variety of food, good drinks, good animation and entertainment group, all kind and smiling staff who are very working for the making passengers to happy. They are trying, we booked here for 6 days we will be staying here for three more days, until October 3rd, we are very satisfied with stay in megasarayresort, and I invite you dear readers to stay in this beautiful hotel...we staying in first floor now , my only mistake was not booking a room with sea view, because My wife and our kids very loves looking at the sea at morning sunrise....thanks everyone 🥰🙏

Perfectly located, 5 min walk from the hotel are buses for 1 euro to: Side (old town) and Manawgat (waterfall) - „must see”.
The hotel staff is empathetic and friendly, they are always ready to answer questions.
I really love this place.
Interior is elegant and modern, garden and the area around the hotel are green, clean and well-kept.
I definitely recommend!
