Half way through our holiday, amazing place, food, people, location, and rooms amazing. This is our second visit here in three years.
this time around it has got better. The Roman ruins in Side are fantastic. I have booked the private meal on the beach at sunset. With amazing a la carte meal. So it happened tonight on the beach, went there at 1830hrs and everything was amazing. Our waiter was brilliant (he deserves a pay rise for what he did) amazing service and was not rushed by him, he did the hotel proud, was a bit suspicious how good the food would be. But very impressed with all the courses. Sitting alone on the beach in that enclosure with the sunset was the best 150.00 pounds I have ever spent. My wife loved it and that is all that matters. If anyone reads this, please book it. You will be amazed.

The mediocre:

Main restaurant: (It has something for everyone most nights and some of the options were very good although id suggest having seconds when you really enjoy something as every chance it won't be there the next 2/3 nights so your back to largely mediocre food)

The bad:

Cocktail's 2/10 at best, We tried various ones and it was a struggle to drink any of them, We had 5 in side old town all were amazing but all of the ones we had at the hotel were shocking, that makes me think it's a hotel issue that needs to be sorted. A special mention for the Pina colada 0/10. Gone off milk with a bit of alcohol. 🤦😂

Overall though the hotel is a decent all inclusive. You will have a great holiday but I don't see a need to return as many others are a very similar standard and I am someone who prefers to go different places year after year.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Antalya, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Great place. Remember that anything not included in your package can be pricey. For instance, use of the room safe is 1.50 euro per day, I am not leaving passport and wallet around. Once you accept additional costs for instance no WiFi without cost, 1 week is 30 euro for 2 devices. Also need to remember who these package holidays are catered for. We did have a lot of fun and it’s super kid friendly.

HOTEL:

Pros: Immaculate place, well kept grounds. Gorgeous beach.

Cons: Rude reception staff. Location is in the middle of nowhere, luckily, transport is available across the road. WiFi only covers two devices at a time. Expensive on-site supermarket with inflated prices. Off-putting and rude clothes shop staff.

FOOD AND DRINK:

Pros: Great snack bars, delicious ice cream, Asian night in the main restaurant was good, nice a la carte restaurants, and a hit with the kids - the chip truck.

Cons: Main restaurant wasn't for me. The food was okay, but everything seemed to have some kind of juice in it. Off-putting to see so many staff getting their food at the same time. Strange closing time for the main restaurant - 9pm on the dot! If you arrive after 8pm, you get scraps, and by 8:30pm they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Staff often lift food away when you're still looking at it. Cakes looked nice but tasted like nothing. Some of the worst spirits I've ever tasted, very cheap. Inconsistent cocktails - one great one, depending on who serves you and their mood.

POOLS:

Pros: Nice large pool, water park for the kids (although I did hit my head pretty badly), plenty of umbrellas, lifeguards.

Cons: Weird pool bed layout - very close together. Design allows for only one line of beds in some areas, causing people to get up at 6:30am to secure them.

ROOM:

Pros: Good size (we had to upgrade for the kids to have their own room - wouldn't have survived otherwise).

Cons: Terrible air conditioning, noisy fridge, paper-thin bathroom walls, smell of drains from the toilet, smallest duvet cover ever (smaller than the bed).

This hotel is amazing, there is so much to do because of the amazing entertainment team, they work so hard, special shout out to Onur the manager, Ozzy, Melike and Melisa, we especially loved archery with Malik he is so helpful and friendly. Also the bar team are amazing, especially Kadir, Bilal, Ali, Halil and Emre, each and everyone so friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Has everything you need for an all inclusive.

If you want to buy anything like sunglasses, sun cream or after sun, floaties for the kids do not buy them on site the prices are ridiculous.

We bought one small child inflatable and it cost £25 we later found out if you walk 20 minutes down the road all clothes, creams snacks etc. is at a more normal price.

An example is a bag of Doritos on site £12 euros down the road to the small town, a bag of Doritos cost £1.

We took the kids to the onsite shop for sweets one bag of crisps and a small box of Oreos they wanted £18.50.

Milka chocolate bar on site £12.50 in the town £2.

Clothes on site are good quality but highly priced they will reduce the price if you buy more than one item and haggle with them.

The food was the same almost everyday but was good, free ice cream shack, free snacks shack and the best food was in the entertainment section throughout the day.

Rooms were ok but the TV did not work and kept losing signal not normally a problem but I missed football.

WIFI reception was good all over the complex.

A wonderful experience from day 1. This hotel has everything!! This was our first full visit to Turkey ( a day trip to bodrum was a disaster) and we were a little dubious about what to expect. However I was instantly turned around on arrival at 3.20 am to find that food had been laid on for those people arriving in the early hours. The room was fantastic, being cleaned daily if required, the complex was spotless , the pool area so clean, and well supervised, the food was constantly varied and of ex quality, the staff were friendly and helpful ( shout out to the head chef who went out of his way to provide for our allergies, even fetching gluten free ice cream for my wife .. and shaped it like roses!!) . I cannot recommend this resort more highly.
