Paloma Finesse Side

We had an amazing vacation at Paloma Finesse! The location is absolutely stunning – right by the sea with breathtaking views. The resort is modern, clean, and stylish, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The variety of dining options was a highlight, offering delicious meals every day. It’s the perfect place to escape the everyday hustle and unwind. We will definitely be back! 5 stars!

I visited Paloma Finesse Side last week with my family and it was the best!
The food is so delicious and the aesthetic of the hotel is so beautiful!
Mr Talha was very helpful and kind when it came to recommending places to visit around Antalya.
The hotel also provides a taxi service to see local attractions.
Last of all the staff are brilliant and the bistro is open 24/7!

Paloma Finesse is an amazing hotel, with an amazing environment. The location is great, the food is delicious, and the personnel’s helpful. We’re here for the 3rd time and had an amazing stay. The massage is at the SPA is also a must! However, compared to the last 2 times, there’s room for improvement regarding the cleaning of the restaurant’s outdoor seating. Some people at the restaurant are amazing (i.e. Mustafa & Osman), others are quite reserved and “serious”. However, overall it was an amazing experience and I’d recommend it to anyone (with or without kids).

We’re a family of four staying in a sea view swim-up room. We’ve had a pretty flawless stay so far - the rooms are modern and spacious, the hotel is well laid out and has a really nice modern design. Even though it seems close to full it never feels crowded and you can always find space at mealtimes, by the pool and on the beach.

The food both at the buffet and the sit-down restaurants has been excellent (especially the latter) and the drinks selection is great. Some of the entertainment shows and live bands have been really outstanding. A word for the staff too who have all been really friendly and helpful throughout.

The only slight downside so far has been the activities - while there are a good selection of free things to do it’s not super clear what is running and when. This is a pretty minor point though - overall we’ve had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have had a lovely stay at Paloma Finesse, the food in the restaurants is great with so much choice and everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. The kids adore the swimming pool and the access to the Aqua Park!

My family and I recently stayed at Paloma Finesse Side and while the hotel has many great aspects, our experience was mixed due to some issues.

Positives:

• The hotel itself is very nice and aesthetically pleasing.
• The staff is friendly and attentive.
• Drinks include not only local options but also famous brands, which is a pleasant surprise.
• The cocktails are superb.
• There are plenty of activities for children.
• The food is fresh, and they cook it in front of you, which is a delightful touch.
• Evenings are calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.

Negatives:

• On our first day, the room (4201) was uncleaned with friendly little spiders everywhere and spots on the couches, making it seem half-prepared for our arrival.
• Despite informing the staff about our child’s nap time around 1 PM and requesting cleaning before then, the room was not cleaned by the agreed time. The receptionist acknowledged the oversight but still, no one came to clean that day, leaving us with full trash bins and a second instance of cleaning issues after two days.

Overall, the hotel is very good, with wonderful amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, our stay was marred by repeated cleaning service problems that could have been better handled.

Amazing hotel. We had one of the best holidays ever there. Staff is super helpful and friendly, the rooms are great and modern, the location is beautiful and the food is really great too.
The water park is incredible, worthy and maybe better than some famous dedicated water parks in Europe.
One minor inconvenience is the lack of furniture in the room to organize the clothes for the week. It gets a bit messy with the minimalistic furniture.
The volume of the music during the evening show was maybe necessarily loud.

Overall, we absolutely loved the place, can't wait to come back next year.

We will definitely come back.

The hotel was stunning and beautiful and the staff members are lovely and so kind.
The rooms are clean and the all inclusive is very good! I will definitely come back and visit once again!
