The hotel is situated on the banks of the legendary lake Titreyengol separated from the sea by picturesque promenade. First time to Turkey, excellent hotel. Facilities are first class. So much for the kids to do…. We asked to change room for a room that suited our family better, a bit closer to the main hotel building…. The reception were very helpful and moved us rooms with no hassle, moved all of our luggage for us and could not have been any better, this was very much appreciated and gave us a very good first impression of the hotel and their attitudes towards guests. Very friendly staff, especially Mustafa the Barman. Very professional and his cocktails are amazing!! He looked after our family really well for the week we were there and remembered our drinks order for my wife and I with our three children. Nurallah also looked after us really well on my birthday and was also very friendly and professional. Demitry in the entertainment department (apologies is spelling is incorrect) was also great throughout our holiday. Aref, Fatih and Nedim also offer a great and friendly photography service - the pictures were of a really high quality. If I was trying to find any negatives, I would say the beds and pillows were a bit too hard for our liking and the food selection wasnt really for us. We would have liked more meat, like chicken, beef, bacon, steak etc. But saying that, we are quite picky as a family with our food. Large selection of food, just a lack of the items mentioned above. Certainly nothing wrong with it, just maybe not our taste. None of these negatives impacted our holiday greatly, the holiday and hotel was brilliant. Would strongly recommend this hotel. 👌👌👌

Just returned from this hotel after staying 8 nights 6 of us raging from 4-82 years old. Positives All staff were amazing, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a great room, dated, but worked really well for us. We had a main door which led to a hall and then the doors to our 2 rooms, 2415/2416. Both rooms were a good size and we had the added bonus of the “hall”. Shout out to our house keeper who was so friendly and a beautiful person. We had asked for rooms near amenities for my elderly parents and they delivered. Sunbeds- never a problem. Even the entertainment pool still had beds at 9.30am. Loved all the bars and really enjoyed the variety. Beach-we hired a pavilion and what a great experience and value for money. Would definitely recommend. Food-beach bar we enjoyed the food and being able to have ice cream pretty much all day was a real treat. But this is where the positive for food ends. The food was very repetitive, re-heated, bland and lacking in variety. The buffet is not big enough for the hotel and the queue for food was long and constant. The patisserie looked great but the cakes where the same as what you have at the buffet lunch and evening and again same everyday. The pool snack bar served strange pizza, lacked variety and the same everyday. We ended up having to eat out or buy food from the onsite shop. Drinks-the vodka was unpleasant and tasted watered down My only other negative is on check out day we returned to our room at 9am to collect hand luggage to find all doors wide open and housekeeper in room changing beds and cleaning room ready for next guest. Check out time is midday and I found this very disrespectful and didn’t appreciate all doors left open with our valuables there. In addition what if we went for breakfast and wanted to shower before we left. I wanted to mention this at reception when I “did” checkout however took me 10 attempts for them to understand my room number (this is not a complaint as I don’t expect people to talk in my native tongue, this is just explanation as why wasn’t mentioned). However the positives for this hotel are great and we loved loved the hotel, grounds and staff and would love to stay here again. However unfortunately the food situation means we will not book again.

I highly recommend it! Staying at the Marvida hotel was a bullseye. Everything was a plus - rooms, cleanliness, food as well as nice, helpful and smiling staff. Barvida Lounge +16 Outstanding service and delicious drinks made by the very nice Onur.

Lovely hotel, well accommodating staff. Clean and fresh hotel and facilities, lots of things to do with the family and children. Wide choice of food and drinks throughout the day and plenty of activities. Friendly on sight photographers capturing those special moments. The highlight of the hotel: Barvida lounge, the mixologist is amazing and made specialist drinks for us, always something fresh and interesting with new flavours and a friendly attitude, thank you!

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and approachable. Plenty of acitivies and the pools are enjoyable. The food is tasty and plenty of variety to add. Barvida lounge was a pleasant addition with the Mixologist captain Onur making special cocktails and being a delight to me and my partner

Three of us came from Mongolia. The people were friendly and the food was very good. Everything was perfect except the rain and cold. Everything was clean and tidy. We will go again.The service was excellent. The food was delicious, the chefs were amazing, and the service staff was perfect.

Wow !!!!! What a place. This hotel really is the best. Villa is very spacious and clean... Food is incredible, such a huge range of foods and cakes. The chef is so kind. Super clean throughout. Entertainment is fabulous all the team is incredible. Cuma, Sùleyman, Eray and Dima are superb, they always have a smile on there faces and are brilliant with the children. Anything you want or need they will accommodate you. They made our holiday incredible. Cannot wait to go back. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. All inclusive which means everything was free. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. So much to do. Staff here are incredible and can't do enough for you. Truly an excellent service. Cuma Ali from entertainment is unreal, such a good entertainer. Would highly recommend this hotel for your family.

The is a family hotel but there is something for everyone. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very elegant. There were activities for children every day, making it an ideal choice for families with kids. Both you and your children can have a comfortable and enjoyable time. The pool and slides were fun. I have to give a special mention to the animation team . They was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. Always friendly and remembered everyone’s names. Animation Şef suleyman , cuma ali and animation guys are just incredible and have made us book to come back next year. Air rifle shooting challenges, darts and bike riding tours are just a few things to mention for us older ones. I really can’t put in words how good the team are.
