The hotel is situated on the banks of the legendary lake Titreyengol separated from the sea by picturesque promenade. Positives: very family friendly, lots of activities for the kids to do. Shuttle service to private beach.
Restaurant staff were very quick to clean up tables as soon as guests left.
Negatives: the room looked very dated, the bathroom had a funny smell. All 3 beds were rock hard, the 2 single beds were very low and uncomfortable with the mattresses sagging. It seemed like the thermostat of the air conditioning couldn't be lowered from 18 degrees.
Some of the hotel staff could not speak English to even a basic level.
On our last day the staff from the smiley service called to ask for feedback. I explained the issues relating to the bed. The person I spoke to simply said thank you and nothing more!
Too many staff members to mention them all but special thank you to Murat and Emre for their help. Beautiful memories to take home from a wonderful holiday. Thank you 😊
